I think people talk alot about the Protagonist, & outrage from blue hair landwhales how the bodyshape is "unrealistic". Dispite this is how most people looks less than 50 years ago in West, & people still looking lke this in the East (Eastern Europe & Asia). The BMI, not the roundness of butt for clarity.
For perspective, I did a quick google & SOuth Korea Adult Obesity is about 5% while US is about 41%.. No wonder thwy think this is unrealistic.
Don't get me wrong, as a good-looking person, I am happy I am playing someone I can relate to, but the fact we have a hack & slash game, an AAA title no less, that is not a "soulike" is a breath of fresh air.

It's everywhere. In Europe, it's a growing epidemic. Just as of a couple years ago, 53% of the people in Europe are overweight. Obese measure has almost hit 20% there, up about 2% per year in the past 10 years.
I don't think it's ever going to slow down, especially in first world countries.

I remember the demos they had for the dead and alive games in-store, little me would spend too much time playing.
I think it’s also a societal thing too. As a person looking at it from the outside, my partner gets called fat by her family (primarily her aunts) cos she’s got some meat on her, she’s like 5’4 and 116lbs. She’s like voluptuous when compare to others from abroad (her parents, one from Japan and the other Korean).
The body might not be unrealistic, just not the norm, if it was than it would be boring and people would look to other things, like feet, or elbows

Has fidelity, balanced (60 fps), and performance modes , feels smooth enough at balanced with higher visual settings and res than performance. Not 120hz as showing only 60 in counter.
That's one thing I need to give MS and Sony credit for. Being able to use their respective apps to manage your consoles was a breath of fresh air. The Xbox and Playstation apps are great. Nintendo app needs some work.
Just beat the demo. It is like heavenly sword (action combat) meets lies of p (rest stops and boss fights) meets dark soul (dodging and parry mechanics with learning enemy patterns) meets Nier (music goes hard at times and character designs). There are two parts to the demo, one is like an introduction to the storyline and the other is a level like progressive stage where at both parts you fight a boss. There are opportunities to upgrade and experiment with fighting techniques. Then when you beat the demo, you unlock boss mode.
