Yes its a very beautiful looking game.

Thanks:) will keep posting pictures in the Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze Appreciation thread.

Well I resisted Tropical Freeze on launch but Damn it looks awesome! I need to finish Dream World and Link Between Worlds, and Wonderful 101 first. Then I will definitely pick up Tropical Freeze.

I'm actually excited for Mario Golf World Tour for 3ds also, I've been wanting a fun golf game.

So, this is what the rest of my year looks like, gaming wise:

Bravely Default
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
Fire Emblem: Awakening
Earthbound
Titanfall
Smash Bros.

Mario Kart, Yoshi's New Island, Kirby Triple Deluxe, and Destiny might be purchased but I like that list I have right now.

Man I need to finish Earthbound, I got pretty far then stopped playing. Love that game though I remember buying it when it 1st came out on the SNES with the big ass box with the strat guide in it. Man I wish I still had that.

I bought it the night it was available on Wii U and played it for a few days. I enjoyed it but stopped playing for whatever reason. It was a quirky RPG but I enjoyed it.

I think my list will be hard to do, considering I am about 33 hours into Bravely Default and not even half way through, haha

Some great games for a casual gamer like myself but still to expensive to warrant a purchase. I wish I had gone for the Wii U over the Xbox One to be honest but I will wait until it's available at $200 or so.

Welcome back.

Looks like Sam's Club is clearing them out.

Sam’s Club Selling Wii U Deluxe Models For Only $122.71
By Kevin McMinn On 25 February 2014 In Wii U News

Storm the stock!

A customer residing in Georgia has recently purchased a Wii U Deluxe black model for $122.71 from retailer Sam’s Club. After tax, the customer paid just over $130. Considering the Wii U Deluxe currently has a suggested retail price of $299.99, that’s quite a bargain.

If you have a Sam’s Club in your area, and don’t yet have a Wii U, a quick phone call to the store could save you a trip and a lot of your hard-earned money on Nintendo’s newest 32GB home console.

Wii U has now sold 1,643,095 in Japan meaning its over taken the 360's lifetime sales.

LOL.

MS tries, but I say scrap Japan. Focus the efforts on other parts of the world. MS even tried in the early years to have some JRPGs (when PS3 had none really), but even that bombed. Certain American things may sell well there, but certain things like hard goods (aside from Apple I think) and cars never do well in Japan. I guess it's all about Japanese brands. It seems most things that have a very tangible/durable type of feeling to them do poorly.

But things that are more about trendiness and fun like Hollywood movies, clothing brands etc.... can do well there.

Surely you are not suggesting the 360 especially the early models to be durable ?

Found my old snes and some of the games I had (still missing much):

Hmm don't think I never played it. Never owned many SNES games as I usually just rented. Still have the console but need to find an AV cable for it to see if it still works.

Im going to have to spring for a Wii-U when Mario Kart comes out. There are enough great games to justify owning one at this point. Ill probably pick it up with Mario Kart, Super Mario 3D World, and Donkey Kong.

I just wished to add something for the Wii U screen shot up-loaders, after playing around with the uploading function, I found out that MS' Skydrive/One Drive also works. It might serve as a nice alternative for those that do not like copy.com or wish for an alternative.

It basically works the same:
  1. Press the Home Button.
  2. Open the browser.
  3. Fill in the address to Skydrive/One drive (Onedrive.live.com).
  4. Log in with your Microsoft account if you have one.
  5. Make a folder where you would like to upload to.
  6. Press the upload icon.
  7. After that your Wii U will give you the choice what screen to upload, tap the one you wish to upload.
  8. DONE!
  9. If you have a Windows PC with Skydrive/Onedrive installed or Windows 8.1 than you can just rename them in the folder where it syncs the files with :). As your Wii U will give each file the same name.
Sharing:
  1. Click on the image you uploaded, can even be done on your Wii U.
  2. Click Share.
  3. Then instead of "Invite people", You can click, get a Link.
  4. This link is a tad on the long side, so "click on shorten link" for a more managable length.
  5. As shown here: http://1drv.ms/1hZJCvh

Sadly that is just the link to the whole file, there is however a way to embed the file anyway:
  1. Click on Show Original
  2. And copy the address.
  3. Now you can use it like this:

One more tip:
Share a folder, it works the same as a file. That way you do not have to share each file and you can just copy the addresses for embedding as described earlier.

Hope it is of some help! :).

And like Vorken, stay fabulous! :D

Try Wonderful 101 as well, it is a very lovely game and Vorken Ohgee is in need of a job if they do not make a sequel. Poor thing will have to live on the streets of what remains of Rhulo being a very fabulous hobo. Do be a dear and give Vorkie a chance of a sequel, the game is ever so marvellously wonderful;).
