Well, it's official. I'm on vacation (two weeks!) and I'll be enjoy staying home with my wife and son. I'm not planning to go anywhere (as of right now). While it is true that I'll be having a lot of times to catch up with backlog of video games, I've also decided to workout as much as I can to get back into shape.
Admittedly, it is very difficult for me to go back to workout more often like I used to when I was younger. I used to weight 150lb and was thin. Now I'm 32yrs and weight ~180lb. Don't you think it's bit.. um... heavy for a guy who is 5'4? Anyone knows what is the requirement of weight for ~5'4?
I'm planning to cut down the amount of cokes as well (God, that'll be hard but I gonna have to!) and will definitely drink water every single day. I got a pair of 20lb dumbbells and will be using it during my workout plans.
