Justice League

Cyborg's CGI looks really good now. He looks alot bulkier and more massive than the he did in the first ComicCon teaser trailer.

Some of that stuff was just for the trailer any ways like Bruce face reveal and the flash avoiding the shots not showing the enemy and obviously not revealing Steppenwolf early.

JL promo campaign so far has been inspired by the arts of iconic DC artists such as Alex Ross and Jim Lee.

Please don't ruin it with comedy, that's all I ask.
Yeah, people are a bit too insistent on comedy I think. Hopefully they balanced it well, because although I like Marvel films, I don't want every superhero movie or series to be a buddy comedy outside of the drama bits.

I think they were close to branding THOR as the He-Man of the MCU with the retro visuals. This was an interesting approach.

Other not so good ideas though were mining the humor they saw as successful in Guardians of the Galaxy or even Deadpool with some of the jokes. Even GotG 2's own humor was a bit off sometimes.

Yeah agreed.

Deadpool was always meant to have that sarcastic humor as it’s part of the character. Forcing that into our mother characters is questionable.

It's weird and kind of sad they don't play to the strength of the characters literally. I've been disappointed for example we never see more Hulk Out scenes from Banner since the first Avengers, only Hulk fading back to Banner. They didn't even show this in Avengers 2 when Scarlet Witch set him off. It seems to me that connecting characters' emotion with their powers like that is a strong selling point for super hero films. I was again disappointed to see Banner just plop on the ground.

I think something similar would help sell THOR. One of the odd things in The Dark World is he wielded the Hammer like a tactical weapon aiming lightning shots. In Ragnarok at least it seemed like THOR started looking like he was powering up digging for more strength to fight Hela.
