I was pretty disappointed in their 2018 roadmap. They needed to add something like objectives to the game in order to stay relevant. More maps, guns, and vehicles isn't going to cut it for the second half of this year.

I don't think the game is trash. Yes it needs some work but it's a lot better than it was. However, there is no other game out there that gives me such an intense and memorable experience as this one. Getting that chicken dinner or even getting close to that chicken is so rewarding.
It’s not unplayable or trash. Have a good one with others games then. We’ll still be here enjoying it.

It's unplayable to people who have standards and not being able to consistently hit 30fps is about as rock bottom as standards go. And there was people that believed they would hit 4K 60fps on the OneX, LOL.

This is your first BR game. It's fun. It plays like crap. Those two facts aren't mutually exclusive.

No, I just posted the DF video because they're a very neutral and very respected source for these kinds of things.
Also, it's not just "Me and a handful of my peers." It's anyone who plays PC PUBG. It's anyone who plays 60fps Fortnite. It's Digital Foundry. It's anyone with common sense. And, if you watch the video, it's BLUEHOLE THEMSELVES. Keep thinking the 3 or 4 "PUBG on Xbox is fine" people represent anything substantial. They don't.
Complain or criticize something you paid $30 dollars to play?
No one is saying the game will play poorly forever, but highlighting its current deficiencies is totally fair game.
When Bluehole gets this to a rock solid 30fps (or better yet 60fps) and give players some kind of appropriate aim assist, they can move on to more interesting ganeplay additions. Right now, the XBox version is stuck in the weeds (relatively speaking)
$20 and people were warned, before buying it, after buying it, before every game played, there will be issues. Cut the drum pounding nonsense.
You chose to pay for a beta. If the quality of game play is that important to you, and you feel Bluehole needs to know about it, I assume that you are giving them feedback on the official forums, where beta feedback is given?

People were never warned that the game would regularly dip in the teens fps on their new, state of the art, $500 dollar XBox One X. People were not warned that the gunplay would feel so poor. If they take our money, they can take our criticism too.

We're gamers who belong to a game discussion board. If we cant discuss major public talking points with one of the biggest games out right now, then what are we doing?
Everyone was warned it was a beta. You';re saying the same things over and over again. End the nonsense. We get it. You don't like the game. Don't play it if you even are.

Bluehole doesn't read this forum (unless PV has enlisted them as hidden members). So since you are preaching that Bluehole needs to hear your criticism, doesn't that mean you would have provided that to them at their forums like they ask when you bought and agreed to the Game Preview terms of service?
Seems to be insane to complain about Bluehole not taking criticism from you, when your are not even giving it to them.

Perhaps I worded that poorly. I just think discussing a games shortcomings is just as valid as singing its praises.
Criticism, to me is arguably more interesting/worthwhile. Be that PUBG, Fortnite, Overwatch etc...
