Microsoft output is mediocre and people who defend are guess what? Fanboys...

Lineups ebb and flow. Microsofts been running rings around nintendo from 2010 - march this year and Sony had to big up indies, remasters and 'the best place to play' for the last 3 years.

I still wouldn't worry about the PUBG scores considering it was highly rated until a few weeks ago, when an influx of cheaters stormed the game. Once they fix that issue it'll be status quoue again.

Also, it's gotten a 55% yet look at how many people are deciding to play it tonight, lol.
Nah that kind of game will never score like a Triple A title... I bet it drops even lower.

Nobody ever runs rings around Nintendo's first party lineups

Rather than trying to understand my point you made assumptions. Basically everything you said was meaningless.

Go ahead and quote my assumptions from this thread. This should be great! lol

I didn’t make any so I can’t wait to see what you come back with.

You really need to take a slice of your own advice and pay attention a bit more.

Well, my response was in relation to you saying "Ouch" upon finding out PUBG's gamer score of 55%. I assumed you put some stock into that score somehow aiding in you discrediting it as Game of the Year this year.

Dota 2, which is arguably the greatest game of all time, has a 5.5 user score on Metacritic.

No, I didn't necessarily think 55% was accurate. But still, mixed.

Dota 2 is goat? Well, we don't share tastes in games, that's clear.

I'll leave you to pimping PUBG.

Horizon felt really fresh to me, not "more of the same old, same old," but different strokes. Robot dinosaurs is new for an RPG, at least new to me. I thought Aloy was a great new character, and the world was beautiful and fascinating to explore. Loved the combat. Loved searching the cauldrons. Loved just exploring the world. The visuals and the animation are fantastic.

The story was not groundbreaking or stellar, but it was pretty interesting. It kept me guessing, and there were a couple of interesting revelations. I thought the ending was good. Voice acting was excellent. I loved the character models, too.

I'm looking forward to playing it in 4K soon. I've heard the expansion addressed a lot of the complaints about the game, like facial animations and lip synch.

HZD gets bonus points from me for being a new IP. I'm pretty sure BoTW is a quality game but it's also like the 25th Zelda game.

But reinvented the franchise. I think Zelda sweeps most of the GOTY awards this year.

You sound salty as hell. Running rings around Nintendo? What kind of bizzaro world are you living in. PS4 is the best place to play because it has the best games. First and third party, up until this point.

U mean like Super Lucky Tale, Voodoo Vince and Cuphead?

2016

Sony had more AAA

2015.

Sony had more AAA

So your point?

But reinvented the franchise. I think Zelda sweeps most of the GOTY awards this year.

HZD was a completely new IP for Guerilla. Many gamers thought they would fail. That's an even bigger achievement especially considering they was know as FPS company with an o.k track record.

Realistically HZD should take best sound, best graphics, best technical achievement, best new IP...

"I'm always finding it funny that people get so hot and bothered by the fact he doesn't like some popular games."

2 in 1 LOL Not mention you didn't address anything I said.

Well thats the ebb part. There was flow before and flow a coming.

Sometimes i ejaculate over 6 times a day. Catch me at the right time im a hellofa f***. The wrong time....i got fingers. Stick around til tomorrow imahellofaf*** again. Do you see?

Like how 2015 for Sony was bloodborne and Until Dawn and nothing else cos everything got delayed.

Even sony admitted it was sparse and third party was holding the system up.

IMO third party shouldnt be holding the system up for 2 years, let alone 3.

And how From August to end of 2016 it was just The Last Guardian. Imagine if it did release on PS3, there would have been nothing.

Or this year where the big holiday game is DLC.

You didnt mention 2013 and 2014 so i assume you agree there.

Its pretty clear the WiiU was thrown out with the bathwater. It doesnt even have an exclusive 3d Mario or Zelda game. But hey 2017 was ok so lets forget about it entirely.

I agree that Nintendo was correct to save their games for the new platform to give it the best start. But lets not bulls*** that 2010-2016 was a non stop flurry of triple A games for their long standing supporters.

Well thats what Sony says now, its sounds better then 2nd or 3rd best place to play#pcdontcount

If you knocked Sony for having little in 2014 then you should do the same for Microsoft in 2017 and vice versa.

You are delusional. lol

2016

Ps4

1. Ratchet & Clank
2. MLB
3. Uncharted 4
4. TLG
5. Street Fighter V

X1

1. Horizon 3
2. Quantum Break
3. Gears 4

2015

Ps4

1. Bloodborne
2. The Order 1886
3. Until Dawn
4. MLB
5. Little Big Planet 3.

X1

1. Gears remake
2. Master Chief Collection
3. Forza 6
4. Halo 5

I don't knock any console for a slow start but the X1 looks mediocre way until next gen. Phill admitted they won't have major new IP's another 2 or 3 years from now. The X1 should be hitting it's strides not wondering what it will do next.

I still vote Divinity 2, but I've been playing Shadow of War and it's great. Looks amazing on the X with HDR.

Hunting down orcs never gets old, the combat is so much fun.

Wow, I agree with all of that. Well, except Best Indie should've gone to Cuphead. And best VR game is going to be Skyrim.

Cuphead wasn't even nominated for best indie. Maybe their logic was its funded and published by Microsoft so we aren't counting it? Even if you buy that...Friday the 13th?
