I watched this earlier. Absolutely insane:
- Acorn falling onto car convinces him that he is under fire from someone handcuffed in the back of his patrol car
- Acorn falling onto car convinces him he has also been shot
- Opens fire into the back of the patrol car, rolling around on the ground like a madman, stumbling around, flanking his own stationary patrol car, where some guy was just sitting in the back
- Calls for backup and a second officer, taking his word for someone firing out of the car at them, joins him firing into the patrol car where the handcuffed suspect is
- Enter multiple, multiple rounds into the car, luckily not hitting the HANDCUFFED suspect in the back of the car, who is probably a bit surprised/terrified
- Both officers avoid any disciplinary action. He resigns.
