Anyone have issues with streaming to Windows 10?

I've been getting some crazy stuttering and lag whilst streaming to my Win 10 PC lately. I'm in the preview program, so I don't know if this is an issue with the console or the PC...or other.

Anyone have any issues?

Edit: I get green check marks on all settings when running the test.

I found a workaround by using an wireless adapter for my controller instead of using a USB cable to my PC.

Edit: stuttering returned.

My low-end PC streams just fine. There's something going on with my gaming PC. Oddly enough, not all games are affected.

Edit2: My low-end PC just had the stuttering issue occur. Also, I tested my LAN speed and I have 750Mbps upload and 450Mbps download.

Isn't W10 suppose to automatically take over your PC or something?

I've never seen an update.

Still on Windows 7 and loving it. In 5 years, I've never had it crash, lock up, blue screen or anything...... on the other hand, Windows 98...... ugh.
