Tomorrow is shaping up to be, if rumors are true, a stacked keynote. Probably one of the biggest Apple has done. Of course there's going to be new iPhones announced. Apple TV is supposed to finally be out of its "hobby" designation as well with a cut the cord TV package availability. There's a rumor going around that Apple TV going to also be very games drive as well and there might be some Nintendo titles available on the box. There's also the possibility of the long rumored iPad Pro being announced. I'm curious about the iPad Pro as far as what will it actually be? Will it be Apple's version of Surface or will it be a blown up iPad with a USB port? If it's just a blown up iPad I have no interest in it. If it's a competitor to Microsoft's Surface, I'm really interested!

This is going o be my first iOS device since the 2g

It's kinda like a Surface now. It needed to run OS X though. Full size desktop apps like the Adobe Creative Suite needed to run on it. There will be Photoshop for it but it will be gimped.

It looks like one with the keyboard like that

Steve Jobs is turning in his grave with that Apple Pencil. I makes the iPad Pro more intriguing. If it can mirror an OSX device and work as a Wacom I'm very intrigued.

I didn't watch the last hour. I see that Apple is doing a year to year monthly deal. Anybody know if you get to keep the phone after a year or you have to give it back?

you have to pay it completely off to keep it. You can upgrade to the next phone after 12 consecutive payments. Basically they are leasing you the phone for a year if you decide to upgrade.

The plus side is, if I understood it correctly, is that apple care is included

Apple Pro is half of what Surface is but will sadly do five times the sales. Is that a Wacom stylist or propriety tech? Is there a digitizer under the screen or what are specs on pressure sensitivity ? For about same price I can't see how the Surface is better in every way for a designer.

S editions phones never warrant any excitement and Apple TV seems to be more of the same. Doesn't appear to be evolving into a true game machine that quickly but can see the part of the Wii audience that wasn't hardcore Nintendo fan boys gravitating toward this type of set top box.

Why does the Pro cost so much?! I think Id rather a Surface Pro...

The good news from this, is that I think a lot of the people that must have the newest Apple stuff, will have to sell their iPads to stay up to date!

Cheap second hand iPads for Xmas?! I think so! Huzzah!

Since Surface runs full Photoshop, Surface is what I would get. I have a MacbookPro Retina so I'll be getting neither!

I had the 6s in the cart and all I had to do was complete order..... I decided not to. It would only cost $200 to break contract and switch to AT&T after selling my 6 but came to the conclusion it's not a big enough upgrade for me. I still may do it but wasn't feeling it this morning.
