Played a bunch of Modern Warfare 3 tonight. It ran surprisingly good and was easy to find matches. Played mostly Drop Zone, love this mode!
Anyone know if games that were licensed but the license has since expired are barred from BC sales? For example the LOTR RTS from EA, they no longer have the LOTR license so would that game still be able to be sold as a BC 360 game? I know it's not a BC game right now but I'm guessing licensing could be an issue for games like that.
I've been on a LOTR kick lately and was looking for something to play, sadly the Shadow of War/Mordor games don't really have that LOTR feel to them. The old EA games were pretty good.
License probably makes it a no unless they can get permission from the current holder?
Bit like the Goldeneye remake. MS needed Activision to approve but Nintendo threatened to ban them from releasing Wii titles(which was outselling everything at the time)

Ran into our first hacker tonight on MW3. He was invisible. Other than that still having a blast in MP. Only annoying thing is the quick scopers but that’s any COD from back then.
The Sensible World of Soccer? Could they come up with a less exciting title?
I think they were unable to get copyright clearance for "22 men chase the ball for 90 minutes and in the end Germany wins II : Sometimes only 21 men chase the ball"
Went back and played some Hydro Thunder 2 tonight, I remember not being as happy with it back when it first came out on the 360 as I was with the original game on the dreamcast but playing it now it's still a lot of fun, only played the first two tracks but they did a good job on the controls. I am surprised there are some moments of slowdown with it though, this is the kind of game I wish MS would follow up with and make a new one. Imagine a new Hydro thunder with current gen graphics? water that can resemble what's in sea of thieves, great rain effects etc. It'd also be nice to have a mode that added weapons like torpedoes etc just to add some extra flavor but regardless I think another game like this would be great.
I’m with you Jim. I still have my copy of Return of the King. I don’t mind the Mordor games. I’m still playing Shadow of Mordor. I would love to see ROTK go BC.

I wish Ninja Gaiden 2 was BC. Don't know what the hold up might be besides Temco Koei still holding a grudge against Tomonobu Itagaki.
Downloaded Fable 2 and 3 last night. The audio seems off, like a constant crackling sound. And visually they haven't aged well. Here's to MS making Fable 4.

If you haven't tried Ninja Gaiden Black on BC, it's totally worth the replay. The game looks great in full 1080p (Don't have a 4k tv to comment on). it runs great and still just a ton of fun!
