Best Android emulator for gaming?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good android emulator that works well for games? I've used Memu in the past, but when I search for games in the market, it says that my device isn't compatible. Am I doing something wrong?

P.S. This is for my Surface 3.

Have you tried Nox App Player?

I haven't used it since last year, but it was flawless with all the games/apps I tried. Lots of features to make use easy as hell, just about perfect to be honest.
