I bought my first PSP last week. Got the newest PSP 3000 model that came out a few years ago. I was going to go straight for the PS Vita but i decided to start with the PSP since i've never owned one. I haven't bought a handheld since the Nintendo DS. I just figured it was time. I'm impressed so far so i know i'm going to love the PS Vita when i eventually get one. Anyway, any PSP fans here? I'll post the list of games i bought so far and would like to hear any recommendations you guys might have. If there's a hidden gem i'm overlooking, i want to know about it!

Games i bought:

Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker
God of War: Ghost of Sparta
God of War: Chains of Olympus
GTA: Liberty City Stories
GTA: Vice City Stories
Silent Hill Origins

I loved it more as the adhoc sessions made it better. Dunno if you can find people in your area that are willing to adhoc though. Most of them use a 3ds now

I have a PSP 3000. The only game I have on your list is GOW: Chains of Olympus. I also have some Star Wars game, and I think one other game. I probably have about 10 hours of use in the PSP since it game out. It's a great little machine, but I never could get into handheld gaming. I have had smart phones for years (iphones, galaxy), and I don't have a single game on them.

The quality of the PSP 3000 feels great. The only negative I noticed was the noise made from the games spinning in those little cartridges.
