Watching the boxing on Dave and is so bad and low budget is funny.

Next up for the UFC is 199 and is good to see Bisping finally getting a title shot

Also lots of rumours of a Mcgregor vs Mayweather on New Years eve...

f*** yes Bisping!

Also..Brock Lesnar to fight at UFC 200 next month :surprise:

Jon Jones in trouble again and pulled from the card

Brock vs Hunt now the main event on Saturday

Let me know when Money Mayweather comes out of retirement and makes boxing watchable again.

I'm kidding, but not really.

I hate watching brock fight.
One part of me hates watching Brock, but another part of me wants to watch him.

He's got such little fighting ability, but immense size and power, it comes down to the classic showdown between "big strong guy vs. smaller more skilled guy".

Sometimes Brock wins by smothering the opponent on the ground and punching him in the head. But when that doesn't happen, he gets destroyed by punches and kicks.

For a guy that big (big head and body), he has an unusually weak chin. Get a few shots on him and he goes down pretty easy, with little defensive ability to cover up, recover and retaliate.

He's kind of like Hulk Hogan. Big and muscular, had an absurdly lousy number of moves, but always a big draw.

Yeah, I never thought his chin was bad so much has he doesn't know how to react to strikes being thrown at him. He hasn't been laid out cold or anything, he just gets beaten up. When a guy gets hit on his chin or "the button" he goes limp, I haven't seen that happen to brock, he just covers up and doesn't intelligently defend himself because he's getting blasted. He's not a striker so dealing with blitzes and fury of strikes gets him.

He's pretty skilled at ground game, being a college champ is something to be proud of, it can be dangerous, even against a BJJ guy. College wrestling puts him in position to ground and pound. But I agree, he's mostly power and he's fast too for his size. The difference between him and Hogan is brock's practical training and his explosiveness, if you've ever trained in mma, being explosive is a natural thing that can't be improved much, its genetic. Different than speed, but even more dangerous.

They obviously dedicate their lives to these moments. All that tension, building up, brewing, tightening until finally! A climactic release. A victory.

I was hoping she would have fixed her career last night :(
