Capcom would 'gracefully decline' any Acquisition Offer from MS

Gamers are making bigger deal out of this than they should. MS isn't doing hostile take overs of any of their acquisitions or anyone on their potential acquisition list. These companies wanted to sell and found that MS had the biggest check book.
And to @Kvally point, Capcom may not be for sale now but a slew of lackluster releases or a change in the wind with their shareholder/board of directors, they may come knocking on MS door to see what kind of offer they can get.
