Disney exec Kareem Daniel says "we will be providing greater consumer choice" as the company plans an ad-tier of Disney+ to launch in December at $7.99 while the ad-free version increases to $10.99.

I think earlier this year they had mentioned that the ad version would be at smaller price, inflation

$30 more a year for ESPN+ yea no thanks. I already use my parent's account to get regular ESPN since they scam you out of that. I'll just use their login then.

ESPN+ is high key a worthless service. Only reason to get it would be to read the insider articles but as a service it's just outright bad. Nobody wants to watch what they offer

A coworker told me that they have blackouts for local sports games that are on espn, like the dodgers

I have the D+, Hulu, ESPN+ bundle if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t even have ESPN. I barely use it. It’s crazy they don’t have all of their regular ESPN network content on there what’s the point of charging people and giving them less.

I use it for golf, soccer, hockey, and tennis stuff, but not sure I use it enough to spend that amount of money honestly. Plus next year MLS is going to Apple so that's one more thing gone, everyone is leaving PGA so that not be fun to watch anyways.
