Official Thread Fargo (TV Series)

When The Undertaker shows up, I was like, "f***, this is gonna suck that people I like are done for. Then when Mike Milligan goes to shake The Undertaker's hand I was like, "Holy s***. Holy f***." Such awesome writing.

Yeah. That was a good scene.

Peggy is definitely a psychopath. Maybe not a full fledged serial killer type, but she doesn't seem far off.

From the very start of season 2 Hanzee has been my favorite character in the show like Lorne was in season 1.

LOL, I thought the same exact thing after she stabbed Dodd like it was no big thing. Laughed my ass off too when Ed saw the wounds and dodd gave ed the "Please keep the crazy lady away from me look".

"You gotta stop stabbin him." Ed's response was funny, but cold and business like. Almost as if he is becoming The Butcher of Luverne.

Im gonna go with Karl Weathers. love it whenever he is on the screen.

There are so many good characters and great performances, is hard for me to pick one. Your Karl Weathers pick is a good one. He is more of a background character, but his few spotlight scenes have been terrific.

Lou Solverson is an underrated character. His tough, fearless approach with some snappy lines and brief moments of comedy is always a good watch, and Patrick Wilson has been awesome.

Mike Milligan has perhaps the best dialogue in the show. Funny, witty, and yet there is always sense of menace in it all. Also played awesomely well by Bokeem Woodbine.

The scenes where the two above characters meet are also some of the best in the show, IMO.

One more episode to this amazing season. Can't wait to see them try to top this in season 3.

Honestly this season of Fargo is probably top 3 GOAT tv series for me. It is just relentlessly incredible.

I mean, hope I don't offend anyone, but this is better than any one season of Breaking Bad IMO. Breaking Bad is a different thing and perhaps overall will be a better series because it is one thing, while this is kind of like a......series of mini-series.

Season 3 will be mighty interesting just to hear where they might be going, who they'll cast etc.

But holy s***, I'm assuming that was the climax we watched in episode 9 and the last one will wrap things up, what a pleasure it was to watch this.

I already know I'll be rewatching it in maybe 10 months and loving the s*** out of it the second time.

I was just thinking about next season, the the bit in the latest episode with the book about these true crimes. It started in the 1800's so 3rd season could even go way back in time which would be cool IMO.

I wouldn't mind seeing Keith Carradine in season 3, always been a big fan of his.

Don't know about top 3 GOAT and better than any season of Breaking Bad. What I can say is this is a fantastic second season of the fantastic Fargo show. It is top quality television.

It has actually been a great decade for television. Ever since shows like Lost and The Wire came about I feel there has been a great shift in what TV offers. The quality has gone through the roof, with shows like Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Fargo, Sons of Anarchy, Mad Men, Sherlock, etc, and they even pull off stuff now that likely would have been terrible in the past, for example: The 100, Newsroom, The Walking Dead. To top it off we have streaming services throwing their quality in the ring too, with shows like The Knick, Daredevil, House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, etc.

It is a fantastic time to be a television show enthusiast. So much variety & quality.

Season 2 on bluray Feb 23rd:bang: so glad they don't wait until the next season is supposed to begin. I will rewatch when the blu comes out then watch my blus of the movie followed by season 1.
Yeah ever since The Sopranos we have been getting some great Television.

Interesting ending.

Betsy's dream going beyond what we saw in season 1 and showing Molly celebrating her sons 5th or 6th birthday is perhaps an indication of where Season 3 will go. A sequel to Season 1.

Hanzee's ending is brilliant. It may seem unfinished, but if you remember Malvo kills--or is heavily implied-- a Moses Tripoli in season 1, and perhaps two of those kids from the park are those two heavies in season 1? I think one of them was deaf.

And poor Mike Milligan, all that killing and bloodshed just to earn a 9-5 job in the corporate machine:laugh: Obviously he is not a man suited to accounting. So I wonder if he may be the main antagonist in season 3? as some sort of crime boss.

Yeah liked most of the ending.

So much in this season. It's a season that almost demands a fast re-watch to out everything together. As awesome a season as it gets.

Read they are treating this show as a event series. Not a yearly season.

Finished the new season of Fargo last week. Amazing show. One of the best on television. The acting, writing, direction, and cinematography is on another level than most shows.

Ready to buy both seasons on Blu Ray and watch them again.

Oh baby!

This came out of nowhere for me :D Love so many of the actors in this one, I hope it's as good as the first two.
