Its never bothered me. I love seeing these people with these mental teams but no chemistry, and then my rather poor Premier league side with 90-100 chem rips them apart. Oh the abuse at the end of the game -assuming it gets that far- fills me with joy & hope
Does chemistry actually play that big a role?
I recently started playing UT mode on 14 just building up to 15 where I will have a real go at it and my team chemistry is at 40 but I've won 7 of 7 and against players with 80-100 chemistry.
Chemistry makes a huge difference. The teams passing, movement and flow is much smoother.
Well obviously you still need to be good at the game, but yeah, Team Chemistry is important. It basically governs the maximum ability of your players/team. So a Messi in a 40 Team Chem team will not be as good/effective as Messi in an 80 Team chem team. It is very important.
I persnoally always aim for an 80+ TC which is relatively easy to achieve if you are willing to leave out a Messi( real good player) in an English league dominated team. Team Chem first, Player quality second.
I believe this year they have Squad planner feature, which will make things easier.

Downloaded the EA Access preview, went to play my first game with Manchester United and no Daley Blind or Falcao? I don't know what to make of the full game either to be perfectly honest, it's not for the first time in a long time doing it for me.
This is my FIFA off year so looking forward to some impression. Why would stopping trades have an impact on gold sales? Aren't trades card for card? Never put much time into FUT last year but MUT has been adducting this year.
The early access full version plays so much better than the demo and I thought the demo was great. Just played 1 match h2h with my boy and the players have more weight, contol, and the ball bounced about much more realistic. Maybe way early to call sports game of the year but I saw greatness in just 1 match. So many new situations happened, can't wait to see how much more is possible.
I played ManU this morning and the lineup was the same as their last match against QPR. Blind was in, Falcao on the bench. That's my team, watch all their matches and couldn't wait to play them this morning on the Early Access once it finally full installed.
Sadly, the Reds couldn't hold up to my boy on Bayern Munich as they scavaged a 1-0 win. Di Maria is a beast on the flanks and I did get Falcao in early in the 2nd half after Rooney took a tumble. Just seeing Falcao play I can see me (and hopefully van Gaal) making that switch more often or even with RVP.

No doubt there are more spills in FIFA'15. I think it's proper for players to go down on occassion and figure out how to recover from disaster by bringing another back over. Of course it happens to offense also so it can create some nice openings for counters. I think it adds a new dimension to matches but I need to play a lot more to see if it becomes annoying or not.
You could use coins in the trades as well. It'll slow coin traders down, but it won't hurt them that much as they can just buy your cards instead. It is a bit overkill to remove trading but coin and player selling has gotten rampant recently so I can't say I'm surprised they've went this route.
I played a few more matches with Early Access, mostly h2h with my boy (including a stunning 4-0 derby United win over City and I have never blown him out like that in '14). Here are some more impressions for those interested:
- Seeing a lot more loose 50/50 balls as the result of both tackles and poor passes. Creates more possession changes.
- Getting a cross off is much more difficult...but cutting back inside into the box seems a bit easier.
- Seeing lots of new animations even 15 matches in.
- Too many shots (including headers) going off the posts. Either our aim is poor or they are forcing "moments".
- Keepers saves/misses sometimes questionable. I had RVP score on a rocket from 30 yards out that wasn't quite in the corner of the net, seemed savable.
- My online pro went from a 85 on '14 to a 79 on '15 after I bought the catalog items back. Guess I have some rebuilding to do.
- Stadiums and crowds and chants are all wonderful and varied.
Still have an hour or so left tonight to play and then it's all in tomorrow!

This is probably the first Fifa in a while where I'm looking forward to career mode again. In Fifa 14, and maybe 13 (I can't remember) the old players in your squad would decline massively in one season. So happy they've finally fixed that, bringing in some golden oldies will be fun again.
i've never enjoyed a fifa game as much as a the fifa 15 demo! so glad they've implemented an actual player inertia system (and a pretty good one too), now defenders cant glide across the pitch and recover everything. big test comes with how it plays online, but so far i'm loving it
it was fun for me, i played near 10 seasons on PES5, i played it after PES6 was out lol
FIFA 14 i played up until FIFA 15 demo, i adjust the sliders abit to make it more enjoyable. the problem is there isnt enough difference for me to want to keep playing.. after 2-3 games i am done really, it just feels like i am continuing FIFA 14. movement/dribbling is different (you can actually dribble past people which is great) but everything else is EXACTLY the same
hmmm. i wasnt the biggest fifa 14 buff but i've noticed that the inertia in 15 is much more pronounced (incredibly important), the shooting has more realistic trajectories and speed and it is effected more by body position, goalkeepers animations are massively improved, manual passing has more variety in distances (particularly for short passes), the dribbling as you say is much improved and more precise, and i feel that physical battles work better too.
to me 15 is one of the biggest changes in the series for a while, and i'm loving it. hopefully it stands up when playing online though
do you play on all assisted setings? if you do , then that could be why you feel the game is like 14 ?
Yeah, I never did finish a career much less get my player back to ManU in 2014. I slogged through 2 seasons in lower leagues and 1/2 of another with Newcastle. Not sure what I needed to do to get back to my original club selection. For me games against the AI are nothing more than a place to practice moves and techniques for online play.
Playing pro club seasons with 4-6 other guys is something I can do until the wee hours of the morning. From what I've seen on Pro Clubs it seems pretty similar though the games definitely are playing unlike what I saw in a few hundred matches in '14. While I can see many similarities to '14 I can also see how much has changed quite clearly and can't see myself ever wanting to go back to '14. I'll need to play another few dozen matches in '15 before I draw any full comparisons/conclusions. I am sure EA will do some fine-tuning if they see any disturbing trends (like 30+ yard shots dropping too much).
