So it's confirmed then? Nintendo has gone completely crazy?

Will be interesting to see what this Nintendo handheld/mobile thingy is.

One thing's for sure, people don't spend $40 to buy games on smartphones/tablets unless it's one of the F2P games where someone racks up the microtrans fees over time. So if Nintendo is trying to shift to smartphone/tablet type mobile gaming vs. dedicated handheld console gaming like DS, sales will drop like a rock. Smartphone/tablet mobile gaming is also internet based downloads, which means Nintendo's usual big presence at retailers like EB and Walmart will basically disappear when DS fades away and NX comes around. Wii U is going to disappear soon too.

If this rumour is true, well that means a hardcore console with powerful specs is off the table as it seems the press releases state Nintendo focusing on mobile.

I wish they would just go third party on consoles, keep their handheld business. Everybody wins.

I really don't see myself playing a Nintendo game on a cellphone.

X1 price drop and The Division taking home awards are sound predictions. Ubi hasn't really released a proper TC game in a while. The Division looks like it'll break that and get the series back to it's former glory. I'd love to see another End War game, that one was a sleeper IMO.
