The tiles in the tunnel have really nice shaders on them!
A Gray cloudy day in a Gray city doesn't make for many eyegasms, though. But it still looks pretty. It's amazing how pretty racing games look compared to other genres.
I watched the whole thing. Holy s***. Half of the time I was wondering if it was real, or if maybe you slipped some GT6 footage in there to f*** with everyone. I'm actually still not convinced. Engines sound like someone made the sound-fx with their mouth.
Someone post real in-game shots pls.
This isnt looking good at all from the beta videos. Mind you I haven't played it but while sliding around corners the car looks like its on rails staying dead straight. It should be breaking loose and getting squirrely.
The graphics for the city course has buildings filling the screen but the textures are s***e and there's absolutely no life to it.
And the tire squealing sounds are far too consistant with no variety.
Color me unimpressed.

Beta people may be able to confirm this, but I am reading that the game doesn't have a career, no buying cars, entering championships, etc. It's supposedly an online focused game. If that is true, this might not be on my radar

wtf this is the first I've heard of this and now finding this post makes it like you could be correct. The only saving grace to this game is having the ratings and what not online so hopefully the a******s are put together but still this would be disappointing. Almost sounds like it's a fancy way of not calling it Gran Turismo 7 Prologue. Come on Polyphony. Give me the goods already, you were the best in the world at what you did and you let it slip away.

Hopefully they have something like Forza's rivals mode. That's my perfect game mode. You can race people's times, without having to deal with all the people driving backwards and wrecking.

Best sales were a given. Anything put on a PS console turns to gold. I just hope GT Sport delivers on the gameplay. Looks like it's going to be good though.
I remember reading that too. It's definitely a problem with the mix, but the disconnect between the photo real replays and the underwhelming sound is jarring for me. A large component in my enjoyment of the race is the sound.

Well Crapgamer says it looks like crap so that must mean it looks great. You can feel the fear from the Xbox faithful. GT will take the crown back.
