Hey Ash! Whatcha playin' now?! v 3.0!

Haven't been playing much at all lately. Might jump back into some PS4 or something.

Still haven't beaten the last boss in Cuphead.

Beat Titanfall 2. Strong campaign though I don't believe I ever got good at using the mechs...or wall running...or anything that didn't include head shots. Fear I'd still be eaten alive if I played the multiplayer.

Started Destiny 2's campaign because I'm trying to justify the purchase. It's ok. Problem with that is I need it to be better than OK to justify the grind that's required to make it to a raid.

Finally started Persona 5 last week,2 Palaces done, enjoying it a lot although at times it's a little chatty, even for a Persona game lol...

Also playing a bit of Evil Within 2(waiting for a Pro patch) and Grim Dawn.

Just finished SteamWorld Dig 2, FFVII, and Puyo Puyo Tetris.

Steamworld World Dig 2 - Awesome game but short like the first. IMO a better game than the first one.
Puyo Puyo Tetris - Fun game but it has a steep learning curve and can be so frustrating at times. Stages after 4-5 and on is no joke. Just glad I'm done with it.
FFVII - Great just like i remember it. Can't wait for the remake.

Playing: Battle Chase Nightwar, Valkyria Chronicles 2, & The Witcher 3 The Complete Edition (Yes I'm playing it again but on the PS4).

Decided to play Infamous First Light and just finished it. Got my 100th platinum trophy! Solid game for a $15 standalone DLC. Enjoyed it as much, if not more than Second Son.

Divinity 2 and Deus Ex: MD

Also playing my all-time favorite game and just got to the dragon's lair for the first time since I bought it (~2 months ago).

Gwent
Overwatch
FIFA 16
Shadow of Rome
Brothers In Arms: Road to Hill 30

.. are in my rotation right now. Also looking to play The Fractured But Whole in near future.

Switch: Mario Odyssey
X1: NBA Live 18, Rocket League, Gwent
PC: Battle Chasers, Shadow of War
PS4: Hitman

Mad Max, baby! Getting close to the end, and man, the group fights are kinda cheap. The input time isn't good enough for as often as they attack, and they can hit you during certain strikes as well. Still way underrated...

Do you guys think that buying new games if you haven't finished the current ones is a over-zealous problem? I'm looking back at several games I just haven't bothered going back to (Horizon, God of War 3, Nioh, Dark Souls 2/3, MGS5, etc) and it sort of makes me feel guilty.

I just bought Destiny 2 and seem like I'm steering away from Divinity 2 and Deus Ex in search of something new.. it's stressing me out really. But I can't hold attention long enough.

I have the same problem. Probably have a dozen unfinished games.

Yes but the allure of new games tends to be too much. Especially long anticipated games.

I definitely have this issue. Just got done buying a couple because I had discounts available that expired soon. By the time I get to playing the game will it be as cheap as what I just payed? Well in the case of Nintendo doubtful but I have the issue either way. Even barring my Steam backlog of hell, I have so many console games I have to play.

Zelda Breath of the Wild. So hooked on this game. Over 50 hours and still just exploring and doing shrines.

Infact I bought Wolfenstein The New Colossus and Assassin's Creed Origins on Steam and I have yet to start either.

Only other game that has managed to get me away from Zelda is Mario Odyssey, and so far those 2 games are GOTY worthy.

Infact I'm fairly certain either Zelda or Mario will win GOTY.
Nintendo killing it this year.

Neglected all my other games because of Witcher 3. I played the Witcher 3 Complete edition again two weeks ago and I have already dropped 54 hours on it. Just about to start Act 2 and I'm still 1/4 through the game (w/ expansions). So far Ive completed all the secondary quests, contracts, and treasure hunts from the regular edition to this point with no failed missions. I'm aiming at 100% completion. Wish me luck lol.

I beat Witcher 3 (standard edition) about 1 1/2 years ago at 97 hours (75% completion, did not buy/play the expansions). By the look of it I'm on pace to double that play time.

CoD WWII.

I'd say CoD WII has a very similar feeling to MW3/BO2. It's not as slow as the old CoD CoD 4/WaW games, but definitely not like recent unlimited sprint/jet pack CoD games.

In WWII, you have limited sprint. I'd say the amount is about double what you'd get in old CoD. Maps have a semi-cluster fuk layout, so think about the first time you played MW3/BO where the maps were very different by being rat mazy. There's not a lot of campy places you can hole up all game.

On the plus side, this game has by far the greatest variation in game style.... run n gunners, snipers, shot gunners etc.... Everyone can do well and it's good to see this. Last time I saw this much variation was CoD4/WaW/MW2 era.

One chapter left in Evil Within 1 then I'll be moving on to my next game. Because I hate myself instead of working on my already insane backlog I've had a urge to play Fallout 4 lately. Ended up finding the GOTY edition on sale for $40 on Amazon so said screw it. Game will keep me busy for a while until I build a new PC at the end of the month. Then I'll check out Wolfenstein 2 and some other games I figured would run better. Otherwise playing Destiny 2 (PC) and Super Mario Odyssey as well.

Mario Odyssey - quite great. It feels a little floaty to
me but it is a fantastic game. Not exactly a platformer in the traditional sense. It’s more of an exploration game with light platforming. It’s rather clever but once you figure out what is in front of you, the game is quite easy. It has the Mario charm, that’s for sure.

Assassin’s Creed Origins - I usually take a 2-3 year break between Assassin’s Creed games so each one feels really unique to me. But I am enjoying this one. It reminds me of The Witcher. I like the RPG like elements to it, the streamlined inventory system and the setting. Definitely a unique taste. I am playing on the X in 4K and hot dang does it look good. I am about 7 hours in but hope to finish this by the end of the month.

After these two titles, it will probably be Cuphead and Shadow of War.

Beat Evil Within 1 last night. Still need to play the DLC as I never did get around to it before, but I'll take a break for a bit. Started Fallout 4 and played through the first couple of hours and completed the first big battle I guess. I thought New Vegas was better than 3 but at least so far I really enjoyed what I saw so far. If I hadn't started so late at night I could have kept playing. Doesn't take much to get sucked into these games.

Mostly Origins, but the X has made be break everything back out!!! Halo 5, Gears 4, Gears 3, Quantum Break, FF VI!! TOO MUCH!!!

Playing Metal Gear Solid V. First official game played on my PS4 Pro. It got an update, but i don't have a 4K TV so i can't tell any difference. Not a bad looking game though for the scale and i'm a huge MGS fan so it was time. Crazy that there are so many good games to play that i put off playing one of my favorite franchises for two years.

Got CoD Remastered on a BF deal.

Good game, but man am I remembering things wrong???? The TTK is almost instant. You can't even see the muzzle flash from an opponent before dying. I used a stopping powered M16 10 years ago. And I don't think it killed this fast back then...... but maybe it did?

Biggest problem is the UI. The icons are small, and the text is possibly the smallest font size I've seen. Squint worthy.

Net code seems pretty good, no disconnects or bombed out lobbies. Everything works.

Graphics not much better than 10 years ago. Higher res, but lots of jaggies/shimmering. So not totally cleaned up.

Played that game a lot till WW2 came out. I’ll play it with you sometime.

Picked up the new Prey on the Steam sale.

Wow, this game is really good. I wasn't expecting a lot but it's like a mix of Bioshock and Dishonored.
