Horizon: Zero Dawn

Calibos from the original Clash of the Titans.

The 2010 game, you mean? I had to google that; never played it. Metacritic 42%? Ouch. Or was there an earlier game?

I love those old stop motion movies. Cheesy looking now. But so much care went into making them that it's hard not to appreciate.

You're around our age right? You never saw that movie back in the day? Lol

Yeah, I was in college then. Thinking back, I remember that the year that movie came out, I was in a very low and dark place in my life. That must've been why I missed it. My head was somewhere else.

Too bad, I guess. It would've helped me to realize that other people were more screwed up than I was. Like poor Calibos and the people who made this movie.

No you proved my point. I'm not the only one that sees that you're just a natural ray of sunshine. And it doesn't matter who you're conversing with. Xbox, PS or Nintendo fan.

I made my comment based on your posting history. Not just one post or one thread.

But whatever. I've never blocked anyone on here. But it may be time to test that feature out.

You are delusional and over dramatic... Besides that I rarely quote your post. Most the time you are the one butting in my conversations with your stupid assumptions and sarcastic remarks. Spare me the BS.

Yeah no one else notices the way you interact with others besides me.

Anyway. I'm done. Back to Horizon discussion.

Yeah I loved them back in the day too, now a days that wouldn't work but they did a good job with what they had to work with in the 80's.

I platinumed it and I think it took me a little over 50 hours. I didn't skip any dialogue or cutscenes.

Edit: Just checked and it was 46 hours.

Here's some stats for you, depending on how you want to play. Average is 21 for just the main story, 43 for main story + some extras, and 58 hrs for 100%.

I played for over 120 hours, but I'm nuts.

Don't just play the main story, or you'll miss out on a lot.

Just to reinforce what Andy said. Don't just play the main story. The world that this game gives is absolutely incredible and you'll be doing yourself a disservice if you don't wander around in it.

Plus, yeah... he's nuts. ;-)

I played it on Pro at 1080p, and I've got no hesitation saying it was the most beautiful game I've ever played. A lot of that had to do with the world itself and the art direction, of course, but Guerilla is a very talented studio that got the most out of the hardware (anyone complaining about checkerboard rendering should take a look at this game, btw). I look forward to re-playing it in 4K/HDR one day.

Think I was close to 60 hours as well. Platinumed the game and never used fast travel. Only thing I didn't technically do is find all the little notes and what not unless they were part of the story.
