I can't see the quote button....

When you write a reply there should be a quote button up there, it's gone I think....
Here's a pic.

It's under the "insert" button now, along with some other options like spoiler tags. Count three tabs left from the right arrow tab (the one on the right end). Just to the left of the floppy disk (save draft) button.
