..on the ps4, which would it be? One each from the ps1 and the ps2.

I would like to see:
from ps1 : colony wars
ps2 : onimusha

I wish Sony would by the rights from Crash Bandicoot and let Naughty Dog make a real platformer back on the Sony Console where he belongs.

Syphon Filter would be my choice. They were the first shooters I enjoyed, and I went through all three on the PS1. There were some SF games on the PS2, but I never played them (didn't own a PS2, not long enough anyway). I heard they were not so hot.

I would love for them to revitalize the series for the PS4, although I suppose it has run its course. Gabe has waddled his last.

Syphon Filter here as well. Seems to be quite a few people here alone that would love a new one so I don't see why this doesn't happen damn it.

Colony Wars and Onimusha would be great as well.

Shadow of the Colossus; no doubt.

I'm not planning on getting a PS4 really, but if Shadow of the Colossus 2 came out and it was exclusive to the PS4, that'd be enough for me to buy it as soon as prices go down a bit.

The Mark of Kri, I loved that game. It had awesome graphics and gameplay style. It was like playing a darker violent Disney movie.

And those Dark Alliance/Champion of Norrath games were great. Diablo knock offs, but played and looked great. Loots drops were lousy though. Must be some issues with the item generator algorithm as I'd find the same special items over and over again.

@Raniok

Never played Rise of the Kasai. Is that the sequel to Mark of Kri? Any good?

It was but my memory is sketchy on how much of it I had actually played..It is no longer in my collection so I couldn't really replay it to see what I did and what I didn't. I do not think I played it through to completion though. Don't take this as a knock to the game, I was heavily invested in World of Warcraft at the time. Running a raiding guild saps any kind of extra game activity.
