IGN: Driveclub Update 1.14 Adds Free Car, New Tour

The latest update for Driveclub is available, developer Evolution has confirmed via the Driveclub Facebook page. Update 1.14 adds the Ferrari LaFerrari, a new Tour, multiplayer replays and several other changes. The update is free and will download automatically.

In order to access the LaFerrari you’ll need to complete rank 5 of the “Ferrari Owners Club” Driver Accolade. Doing so will unlock it for use in all areas of the game.

The new Tour features 11 events and 45 objectives. The “Startline Tour” will serve mainly as “a varied and well balanced introduction to Driveclub.” All new players will jump into this tour when they first play the game.

Same answer they have been giving since the game was released.
 
I'm hoping that someday they will release a "complete edition" of this game with all of the patches and additional content included. I want this game, but the updates alone go over my monthly data cap.

Can they be obtained from the web onto a USB key then brought to your home?

Doesn't sound like a failure to me. Especially when you consider that DriveClub wasn't made by a 300 person studio.

Got to love it. No linked source, crap site, and doesn't have the figures for Horizon 2. LOL.

And to top it off, what the hell is with the grammar? Is that some random blog?

Hardline, you can't just make this stuff up. You are just that dense?

BTW, one would hope (though we will never know) that DriveClub would outsell Horizon on a console that has nearly double the install base, and has no other exclusive racer available to it.

Too bad the community is all but dried up on this game.

Maybe failure is a bit harsh. It wasn't up to Evo's high standards in a lot of areas other than visuals imo. Even though I did think the core gameplay was fun.

they probably will a few months after the season pass content finishes (june). so late august, at a guess.

I didn't think you could do that with game updates, but I couldn't anyway if that was even an option.

What about bring your PS to a friends house that doesn't have a cap?
 
Don't expect a new game from them unless they go on a hiring spree.If I was them I would consider thinking about making a game which isn't a racer as the market isn't what it once was. I am intrigued how Project Cars does and Forza 6. Only Gran Turismo is the game in the genre which is guaranteed to succeed with the masses of fans who buy it in Europe.
