Official Thread Injustice 2

I really hope they give us the option at some point to turn blur off, it'd make taking pics so much easier lol.

Anyone know how big the combined updates on the PS4 version are? I see 1.07 came out today and it's a little over 1GB according to a screenshot on reddit. I'm just wondering if that's in addition to previous updates or if that'll be the size of all of them combined. I just picked this up today, so I'm hoping it's not a huge update.

Edit: Found out it was a little over 2.5GB. Game is better than I thought it would be so far.

Fighter Pack 2 announcement includes a pretty big surprise.

Not buying these fighters early release any more. Once I finish the story I'm pretty much done with them.

I still haven't played the story mode. All I've played is the multiverse or whatever it's called.

Looks awesome, love the super move and the Black Lightning premiere skin should calm anyone's nerves about another MK character being in the game.

That Super is sick. :bang:

There are some awesome supers in this game but I think that one is my favorite, also someone asked Ed Boon on twitter about Black Lightning and that super basically saying it wouldn't make sense with that premiere skin and he said "stay tuned" so he may be the first premiere skin to get a modified super as well.

Black Lightning's version of the Super Move, not as good as Raiden's but at least they changed it.

The Turtles are in the new Fighter Pack! Instant buy for me.

Was just coming to post this, I'm old enough to have missed the Ninja Turtle thing by a couple of years but I think a lot of people are going to be happily surprised by it.

PC port releasing today on Steam. Played the Beta and will plan to get this.

I really liked playing as Dr. Fate. The Beta gave no access to Fighter Pack characters so I'm looking forward to trying those.

I've been on PC, so until the recent PC release I've just been following news on the game with a lot of interest. Also, I've previously been a heavy Mortal Kombat X player and interested in trying another Netherrealm fighting game.

I have some mixed feeling on this whole Gear System thing plus the initial leveling up to 20. It was kind of appealing that MKX didn't have this aside from bonus costumes that could be unlock or included with DLC, but didn't give damage bonuses or buffs. However, I am a sucker for character customizing.

So I guess the middle ground on this for me is settled by having the extra AI tool for fighting. I feel the game tends to lead people to Grind for Gear and levels, but in my situation I have my gaming laptop next to my work PC. I have Scarecrow AI grinding for gear for me in the Multiverse next to me on the Nightmare world as I type this. It's like having a minion playing for you including the AI point settings. Maxing out Combos and Counters usually works well.

I find this aspect of the game useful and weirdly entertaining. I'm also sold on it because the costume pieces are cool and in particular Scarecrow is badass and right now I have his costume with the red Demon shader.

I'll also say that I've been a long time Mortal Kombat player since MK1 in the arcade and all this time my main has continued to be Raiden. He has a different feel in this game, but I really like the huge improvement in Lightning graphics between him or Black Adam.

A small bonus here for me is I'm a fan of 2 of the voice actors. Obviously, Robert Englund as Scarecrow.

Also Jeffrey Combs for Brainiac. He was freakin Herbert West: Re-Animator as well as several Star Trek characters.

I hope this is a sign of future Netherrealm games getting more notable characters actors.
