Yes, mods are the difference. Yes, PC games have had higher resolution/texture/framerates. What you're saying is that PCs bring old games up to modern standards, which is true either if the game is modded, or if the game shipped with support for the advanced features already. In the sense that there are mods, and that games shipped with support for higher settings than 360/PS3 at launch, I agree - I just think saying that PCs bring games up to modern standards needs to include the caveat that it's not the hardware doing that - the game has to ship with modern standards, be patched to support them or be modded. But obviously the mod option is not available on console except with very limited exceptions, so that is a difference.
WITHOUT mods
With support for 900p and higher resolution plus better performance the PC versions are better than the 360's.
I don't get why you don't get it?
If Scorpio is just upscaling the games...that's different.
If Scorpio gets 900p or higher texture packs for 360 games then that would be equivalent.

Hey we here can be blind to it all we want but the lack of games has been a strong topic since XBO released and is as we speak being talked about with Scorpio.

I'm not denying that. I was just making fun of your underhanded compliment to Scorpio.

As someone who owns both, how is PSN better? Maybe I'm overlooking something.

...and what is special about the PlayStation UI? It's about as basic as you can get.

Yea . I would like to know that as well. I too own both and actually use both . He has no experience at all with the new UI for xbox. I will check but I think the last time he was even a on Xbox live was at the end of last summer . All the things that I did not like about the existing Xbox UI have been addressed with the new update .

The differences are not major enough for me to care but its definitely not and I don't see how its a discussion. Share Play maybe? I don't know but its not though.

As for the UI I do prefer the PS4 because of how simplistic it is but the new update on X1 is a huge improvement.

I watched a YouTube video of it. It looked like they fixed the unresponsiveness. Is that the case?

That was my biggest issue with the UI.

Indeed they did . It's extremely fluent. Anything can be accessed on the fly with just one tap of the home button on the controller . No more double tap . Never liked that . I honestly think removing all of the snap features helped free up alot of resources. Was never a fan of snap either . Just slowed things down way too much . The new UI Pretty much reminds me of how the 360 was at the end .
