I signed up. It's a deal you can't pass up. Unlimited theater movies, one per day, for $9.99 per month. Locked price for at least 12 months. No commitment. www.moviepass.com

It's a debit card for movie theaters. You have to go to the movie theater.Talk to me...
Does it stream from your phone to tv?
What if I have a Android tv..can I just use that instead?
PQ 1080p?(or higher)
Does it support 5.1(or higher surround sound)
Actual new/current movie releases..any limitation to what movies you can watch?
oh....It's a debit card for movie theaters. You have to go to the movie theater.
It's not sustainable, but I'll take advantage of it for a year. I'll try to see everything.Interesting.
One ticket per day. Not sure how they check it's the person since it's a debit card.Does this count AMC theaters? I also presume it's only for the person paying for it.
Well, looks like MoviePass is going down. They demise was predicted for a while, now, they're deceiving customers. Anytime I want to watch a movie, it's there in the morning. I check later in the day, they remove most movies and screenings. This has been happening ever since they got a $5 million life loan a few weeks back. I've been documenting it for the past week or so. There's no way this is a "bug." This is deliberate to slow down people from using the service.
For movies that are on over 1000 screens, but this is blocking all movies at many theaters.Didn’t there price go up and implemented a new thing like “new blockbusters can’t be see till maybe the second or third week???
I'm locked in until December because I did a full year. I want to see if they're somehow gimping year members like me, but have more movies open for people who are month to month only three movies per month. AMC is a far better deal now. It's $20 for three movies a week and that includes IMAX movies and 3D. I'm probably just going to go that route even though it's a little further than my usual theater. I can also see multiple movies in the same day. A rainy Saturday or Sunday, I'd do a double feature.I saw a post on Reddit where someone that had cancelled service, had it reinstated by MoviePass unknowingly because of some opt-in they had chosen previously while they were still a member.
As well as being able to see IMAX with no upcherge.I saw AMC is charging $20 a month to see up to three movies a week. Might jump on that since those are all over the place.
AMC’s reaction…MoviePass is coming back, just in time for fall
