My genuine thoughts on Nintendo. (lLong read.)

Isn't it a hoe?

Urban dictionary

That's a thot.
The tweet makes no sense either since the Wii was a generation behind and is one of the best selling consoles. I know the butt hurt is still strong with that one.

Kindof hard to read the article with this huge red Mario emoji covering up the words.

Coming from a Nintendo fan the Wii caught lightning in a bottle. After Wii's succes Nintendo is constantly trying to find a new gimmick. The joke isn't downplaying Wii sales it's makibg fun of Nintendo's really odd buisness practices.

I constantly remind people that no one hates Nintendo Nintendo hates us. Remember that....

The article is joking. It repeats itself over and over.

You cant discount Nintendo. The Wii is proof of that....but on paper Switch is in the same boat as the Wii and WiiU. Just gotta wait for the coin to fall.

Wii had the benefit of a new gameplay style (motion controls) which as never been fleshed out. There's been stuff like awful Sega Activator or Dance Dance pads and such, but no PC or console has ever focused on motion controls as a main feature for all games. Wii also sold at $250 when 360s and PS3 were $400.

With Switch, the power is low. The historic trend of Nontendo third party support is lousy the last 10 years, and who knows if this dock and play system has the same catch as Wii Waggling in 2006-2009 when Wii sold like hotcakes.

Price is undetermined. If it's $200, that should be a big brownie point. But if it's $250-300, there is no price advantage as X1/PS4 are right now at the same kind of price tiers, in which Switch's only real draw is the whole docking and on-the-go mobile play with mini-gamepads.

I think the concept of the Switch is a good step for mobile gaming and local multiplayer, but I don't see it ever catching on the way Wii did. This seems more like a way to attract handheld gamers, which is becoming Nintendo's bread and butter the more the years shift. Really, all the switch has to do is be better than the Wii U.

The Nintendo hate is always comical. They've made a lot of bad decisions over the years but the people talking trash are the same people who waste their time playing the same games over and over instead of branching out and realizing Nintendo has some of the best games, regardless of hardware power.

From your perspective you are the King of Branching. I suspect much of that comes from chasing gamescore so you play any and all games to boost it up. I've branched out to Nintendo and no matter how fun you may think they are, many of us can only take some much cartoon and/or Japanese-style games which are Ninty's forte'. I've played all types of games and found my favorites are adventure/puzzler/story/sports and honestly Nintendo is pretty lacking. First of all we know their 3rd party support is already dead thanks to the sheer power and online capabilities of PS4 Pro and Scorpio. Second we know what 1st party masterpieces Nintendo comes up with will be a slow trickle of 1 or 2 a year. Yes, Zelda will/should be amazing and fun. Maybe a really good Mario is coming too. And......................................??????????.

Forget what I said. You can discount Nintendo.

Nah, J/K. Zelda and Mario looked amazing. But the hardware and online is massively redundant.

Its time Nintendo. In the land of Third Party you will live forever.

And......................................??????????.

And Nintendo just stole the show once again. The Switch is all you need this year. Paid online shows that Nintendo is taking online gaming seriously now. Skyrim got confirmed. Third party developers will flock to the system once it gains ground in the market.

What's a thouts?
It is like thoughts, but when your outside or "out" with sports. Thouts :).

Example:
Jerry had some angry thouts when the umpire declared him "out" :p.
Jan was having the most wonderful thouts while looking at the clouds outside of her house.

Thouts, start using that word today! :D.
