New alpha style, "Compact."

I'm working on a new style, Compact, and I'm designating it an "Alpha" for the time being. This one is more compact than any other style. Right now the colors are based off of Cream but that is probably going to change. The biggest changes are the compactness of the forum page and the new forum icons.

This site scales perfectly when snapped in XBO so whatever that style is don't loose it.
