I have a big problem I think. I'm trying to sell my 3ds that has like 50 games downloaded to it. I was under the impression I could just sell it and somebody would be good to go. Now I'm seeing that the games are still tired to my NNID. So the only way I can sell this system with all the games intact, would be for the buyer to have to use my NNID to be able to access all of the games? Is this correct? Stupid stuff.

It's pretty annoying. At the same time, same goes for an Xbox or a Playstation you know? You can't sell that with any download games unless they keep your gamertag or ID. I just never even thought about it.

yeah when I bought my 3DSXL it had an account and super mario 3d land on it. but I wanted my own ID on it so I wiped it along with said game.

Now I'm kind of pissed at myself for selling my physical games. At least Ocarina and Link Between Worlds. But I just simply don't like playing on handhelds. There's some great games, especially those 2, but I just can't do it like a console.

I hate how pricey the nintendo made games (especially any Mario or Luigi games etc) are crazy $$ even used. I went on eBay to get a copy of Starfox 64 3D and avg price for a used copy was well over 20 and some more than 30 wow.

No I wasn't buying a new one, I never play it ever. There are great games and I love Nintendo, just not a handheld guy really. I'm probably just going to keep it. I play my WiiU and XboxOne, that's it really. I bought tons of games, classics and indies and played a lot at first, but it's been sitting for like a year untouched.
