Nintendo conference 25 minutes?

Bummer. I'd like a reason to buy a Switch. I'm not into Mario. Unless it's a big departure.

Would be interested in hearing about Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and any info they might want to share about whether the Virtual Console will be coming to Switch and if so, in what form.

Looks 2 be a big departure back to the Mario 64 style.

They should take a page from Sony -- have Mario raise a girl/boy, then the girl/boy gets brutally murdered, and then Mario spends the rest of the game bitter and haunted. It'll be good family fun.

Zelda, maybe Metroid some day, surely some Mario and Pokemons and Mario Kart and ... well, all that stuff about new first party IP that Microsoft does not has, only more so. (With that said, the old first party IP they do have is choice.)

30 minutes is about all you need if you just show games, lol. We got Microsoft and Sony out here with cars on stage and a live orchestra at their shows.
