One key thing about this show and Anime in general is an embrace of Overpowered Characters. I feel like American Superheroes have a chronic problem with Nerfing OP characters like The Hulk or Thor.
( Maybe just because Animation 'FX' for super battles is more cost effective than live action / CGI ? )

I do think some of the humor and crazy villain designs might need a tweak, but may keep a few of the really absurd ones.
