Phil Spencer on DRM reversals, new IP and what next-gen means to Microsoft

I'm not sure Titanfall is going to draw in casuals that might be interested in non-gaming features and skype. A price drop might entice them, though. Or both. $500 is a hard sell to casuals imo. Is it wrong to think the metrics mean something at least until price drops and such? I think XB1 will gain traction eventually, but it'll be a slow start.

Why are you in the Xbox forum? I'm just curious.
From your post history it seems you are dead set on not buying the XB1.
So why are you here? I'm just really curious?

I'm here mainly because other people initially mention Sony or PS4 and I respond to them. Pretty simple.

My post itt about Ballmer and Mattrick wasn't trying to make any comparisons, btw.

So in other words....you are here cheering for the Sony crowd in an Xbox forum?
Makes total sense man. Total sense....

No, that's hardly fair. He's here actively bashing the MS crowd in an Xbox forum. There's nothing like a fair, intelligent criticism to make a point now and then and he gives us exactly that: nothing like a fair, intelligent criticism. :troll:
