Thats some serious sales. I can't wait until we get the full release with the second map.
Thats impressive. It's tracking a little bit faster than PC at the moment, though I don't believe that pace will be sustainable unless they make it a bundled pack-in for the rest of the year or something with the base Xbox.
Here we go.
Yeah because there is a a family of 10 kids all share the same digital copy of PubG.

I’m not trying to downplay it, I’m just saying players doesn’t equal sales.
Well for starters many Xbox gamers myself included do the game sharing with friends by making their friends console their “home” console and other accounts on one Xbox can play the digital game is all I’m saying. If it had sold 3 million they would have said 3 million games sold not 3 million gamers played like they did. Only saying it so people don’t look stupid when it’s later clarified it’s gamers and not sales. I remember 343 saying something like 20 million gamers played Halo Guardians when they never sold close to that many games at the time. I’m a huge Xbox fan, I don’t have any agenda.

I could care less if it sold 3 or 1 million. As long as I get my copy I am set.

I do agree 3 million played is not 3 million sold. I’d put it around 2 million if 3 million played.
Game sharing is the main reason I buy predominantly digital games this gen. Most of my friends do it. We take turns to buy games although obviously we can’t trade in. Mainly online games as by the time we’ve finished with them they’re not worth much anymore. I share with my brother in law, whenever one of us buys a digital game it automatically installs on the others Xbox and we can still play at the same time. I’ve seen several gamers here say they do the same.
Starting to have more multi kill matches in a bunch of top 10’s tonight. Went 4 kills, 5 kills, 5 kills, and 7 kills. Still no chicken dinner. It gets so crazy in the last couple circles lol.
Game is running a lot more stable and I only had one crash tonight. I also noticed the game looked a little better even playing on a One S. Game is so much fun!

It ran like absolute crap for me last night. The rubberbanding was horrendous, and I was getting the lag symbol every five steps. Much of that was my connection, though, as even Halo 5 was unplayable too...
I thought this was interesting. How to tell if someone is playing the Xbox One or the Xbox One X version of PUBG when watching on Mixer or Twitch:

Quick update; we are pushing a fix for an in-game issue that was undermining the core experience for some players.
As part of that update, we have decided to include some additional performance and gameplay improvements, as well as a new controller option.

Gameplay
- Pistols have been removed from Y button's weapon rotation and grouped with the melee weapon.
- Players can now equip pistols by pressing 'up' on the D pad.
- Continued improvements related to player “rubber banding”.
- Enhanced server performance while parachuting.
- Added a new controller preset to options menu.
- Type B (new preset) now supports:
- Holding LT to aim down sight.
- Holding LB to use 3rd person perspective aim sight.

- Controller guide has been updated to include the new controller preset.
- Fixed an issue where players repositioned out of the battleground after certain actions and remained invulnerable until the end of the match.
- Additional memory and non-memory related crash fixes.
- Fixed the inability to join duo/squad through invites outside of game.
- Dropping objects causes the player to switch weapons.
- User is unable to switch grenade types when tapping right on the D-Pad.
i like the new loadout option using LT and LB -- much better than the old method/loadout -- but I wonder if switching the two buttons around (ie, so LB is aim down sights and LT improves the regular aim) would be better for holding your breath (with LT). As it is, it's really awkward to do that with LB.

So now when you want your pistol you might get your melee weapon? I like that it’s gone from tap Y but moving it to hold Y would have been better.
