I've already got a backlog on X1. Too many good games and not enough time.

Still have yet to get a next gen system. Since I have not had the time to play as much as I like and still have games I play on 360, I do not mind waiting to pick one up. Plus there will be more games when I do decide to go next-gen.

That's what I did last generation. It was a good choice. By the time I bought in, there was a decent library, and most of the games had dropped in price. However, this gen, I jumped in early, because it had been so long in coming. I think things have been kind of slow so far (from my perspective, anyhow), but this holiday season ought to be a good time to buy.

Same here. The problem for me has been I'm generally slow at getting through games anyway, so halfway through a game, another one comes out that I really want, I get it, and then because it's so new and shiny I feel like I have to play it, then forget about the game I was previously playing. I have more half-played games than fully played games right now.

49% own only 1 console. 76% chance it's an X1.
37% are X1-only owners.
12% are PS4-only owners.
None are Wii U-only owners.

29% own 2 consoles. There's a 74% chance it's an X1 + PS4 combo.

18% own all 3 consoles.

4% don't own any current-gen consoles.

And, of those who responded,
82% own an X1
51% own a PS4
26% own a Wii U

That's not a horrible mix coming from a previously Xbox centric site.

If you only own one console and don't have a backlog you need other hobbies. I don't get the whole list war crap. I buy all consoles because i like to play the best games and i don't like missing out on great exclusives. I'd be more than happy with just owning one and would never run out of quality games to play. I might get thirsty if i only owned a Wii U but i'd survive.
