I can't vouch for the completeness of this list, but here are PS4 exclusives or console exclusives coming out between now and the end of the year:

Crash Bandicoot: N Sane Trilogy (June 30)
Syndrome (PSVR, June 30)
That's You (with PlayLink, July 4)
FFXII: The Zodiac Age (July)
Pyre (July 25)
Hellblade (Aug 8 )
Lawbreakers (Aug 8 )
MatterFall (Aug 15)
Yakuza Kawami (August)
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy (Aug 22)
Everybody's Golf (Aug 29)
Warriors Allstars (August)
Dead Alliance (August)
Absolver (August)
Undertale (Summer 2017)
Redout (Sept)
Knack 2 (Sept 5)
Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA (Sept)
Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony (Sept)
Ni No Kuni II (Nov 10)
Gran Turismo Sport (2017)
Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds DLC (2017)
Hidden Agendas (with PlayLink, 2017)
Frantics (with PlayLink, 2017)
Singstar Celebration (with PlayLink, 2017)
Knowledge is Power (with PlayLink, 2017)

Damn lots of good games. Crash and Hellblade definitely. Yakuza and Uncharted at some point. Knack 2 I'm not sure on as I tried to play the first and didn't get far. GT Sport is doubtful if it's not going to have much of a single player portion. Ni No Kuni 2 I never did beat the first but wouldn't mind trying it again. Horizon Zero Dawn DLC is a no brainer. The rest I don't know much about.

Yeah, for me, Crash Bandicoot, Horizon: Frozen Wilds, Uncharted: Lost Legacy (tho it'll wait, because I just started UC4), and Yakuza for sure, plus Hellblade and Ni No Kuni 2, possibly.

Is PlayLink the PS4's missing link to casual consumers?

"[....] while other games may be more exciting, PlayLink may be the single most important thing Sony brought to E3."

"For those who haven't seen the system at work, a brief summary; PlayLink isn't a game, it's a platform consisting of a free app for iOS or Android, which hooks up to any PlayLink-enabled game on the PS4. Thus far the company has shown off a handful of games ranging from a quiz title that's reminiscent of the Buzz franchise, some minigame titles and an interesting game from Supermassive called Hidden Agenda that allows a group of people to vote on narrative choices in an interactive detective story. Each of these will be released separately on the PlayStation Store, with the pricing yet to be announced."

"[...] That's exactly the same challenge which now faces the PS4 - finding ways to go beyond the core demographic and unlocking access to the tens of millions of casual consumers it takes to push a console past 100 million sales. Core gamers are being very well catered to on PS4 [....] PlayLink is the first thing the company has done in a few years that seems to be really focused on the other end of the market [rather than the core gamer]; the more casual player for whom a console under the TV isn't about long hours spent on deep single-player or online multiplayer experiences, but about something fun and interesting to do with friends."

Not my cup of tea, but it's an interesting initiative. We'll see how it pans out.

Here are a couple of PlayLink games:

I rented Until Dawn. Looks like I will own it now. Fook yeah!

Until Dawn -- anyone who hasn't played it should definitely give it a try. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

Game of Thrones is ok. Not one of Telltale's better efforts, but passable. Depends on how much you like Telltale games.

I agree 100% about Until Dawn, I had no interest in it but word of mouth and it being on sale got me to bite and I really enjoyed it. I need to go back and play it again and make some other choices.

Nice. I've been looking forward to Hob, too. It's good to see that it is scheduled for 2017. I hadn't seen any release window until now.

Until Dawn was great. Not I can have a digital copy of it instead yay.
I only played through the game once, and I think I killed nearly everyone, lol. I think you can try to save almost everyone if you play it right?

Went crazy on the sale last night. Got eight games for just over 30 bucks :D

Killzone: shadowfall
Ratchet and Clank
Tomb Raider: Go
Resogun
Submerged (liked the trailer, lol)
I am Bread
Strike Vector EX (never heard of it, but the vid looks cool)
A Bastard's Tale (another I'd never heard of . Real low budget looking, but it was cheap, and I am intrigued by the fighting system)

Yea pretty sure there is a way to save everyone. I saved maybe half on my only playthrough.

The mid-year sale is ridiculous. I spent $40 (was going to use it on crash nsane trilogy) on 8 games + 1 month PS+ subscription (did it for Game of Thrones & Darkstalkers. Also for June free games).

Picked up Submerged ($3) and Killzone ($7) -- the former because I want something to tide me over until Yakuza arrives in the mail, and the latter because I'm curious about Guerilla's pre-Horizon work, although I don't expect to like it.

Submerged wasn't much good, if anyone's interested. Paid $3 for it. Here's what you do: motor around in your boat, look through your telescope to find emergency ration packages, putter to location, climb up building, retrieve package, then see cutscene with you patching up your injured, unconscious brother. No dialog. Do that 10 times, and you're done. I finished in a few sessions.

The main action is climbing up buildings. It's very rudimentary and impossible to fall. This was probably not a great game to play after Uncharted 4.

The part I liked best was driving around in the boat, just puttering around in the water. There are sea creatures, so sometimes a dolphin would swim alongside you, squeaking, or you'd see a whale surface. That was nice. Graphics are pretty mediocre, though.

There are "secrets" you can find -- pictographs that tell a story about the city, and boost upgrades for your boat -- but they didn't seem worth the effort.

Overall a low-key, unremarkable game.

Sony should copy what Nintendo is doing with their old school consoles. Make a PS1/PS2 mini classic edition with Sony first party titles & other top selling 2nd/3rd party titles. All digital. No drive. HDMI port, 500gb hdd+, etc.

Would you guys buy if Sony re-release a PS1/PS2 mini classic edition with a built in 500gb hdd which includes Sony first party titles (like GT1,2,3, Crash 1 2 3, CTR + Bash, Spyro 1 2 3, Legend of Dragoon, Killzone, Socom, ICO, SOTC, Sly 1 2 3, Jak 1, 2, 3, Ratchet&Clank 1 2 3, etc.) for $100? I'd buy that in a heart beat.

It's funny, I bought this and Killzone. I'm a bit sad to hear it's not very good. I was expecting a pretty, artistic, atmospheric game... Bummer. I'll still check it out.

Killzone sucks balls IMO. I am still trying to get myself through it. You will note that there are some HZD features and sounds in the game too.

I would buy just for RPG's from those generations.
