The battery life isn't very long, but it should last more than 3 hours. It should be more like 6 (?).

Yes, it's normal for the lightbar to stay on. In the settings, you can turn the brightness down. That can help with battery life a little. Also (more important for me), it makes the light less distracting.

I've never once found the lightbar to add to my gaming experience. I wish they'd get rid of it, but it helps with the camera and PSVR.

Ah thanks for that. I'm not really sure what the lightbar is for to be honest.

I'm loving the interface so much more compared to my Xbox too. So clean and slick! It's how I picture Celine Dion's vagina.

The original idea was that developers would use it to give players cues about things like health status. But no one ever used it. Or very few did. I don't really see the point. I'm not looking at the controller when I'm playing, so even if it's glowing red, I'm not seeing it.

I used to see it reflect on my TV screen :). But now I can see it when playing on the new DS4 that came with the pro because they added the light next to the trackpad. I barely notice it though.

Though I though it was more to do with the Move controller and the eye toy, and the lights and movement from the controller light bar sending that signal to them?

I think that's the main function now -- it serves the camera and PSVR. I'm just saying that, originally, the idea was that dev's would use the light colors to communicate to the player. I remember hearing that angle talked up, anyhow. That didn't pan out.

I generally get 5-6 hours out of my battery. I think that's the average time for most people.

How quaint!

See I always figured she was so well kempt on the outside, that she probably had a whole ‘Sarlacc Pit’ going on downstairs.

But then again maybe she had that ‘labia cleanup’ surgery, and had the extra bits taken off put into plexiglass that she keeps on her desk. Definitely.

At this point it probably doesn’t matter though, since it’s most likely drier than a pile of old leaves. She probably can’t even take a bath without soaking up all the water.

I love the metallic one, I've been wanting that one to come here for a long time. There was one similar to that in the MGSV bundle I believe.
