I don't think I've ever seen a white tv unless it was some weird model meant for outdoor use.
 
For anyone who cares :) it looks like Agents of Mayhem is going to be upping the population count on the pro for both NPC's and vehicles, it's still going to be 1080p but they are trying to make the world seem more populated, looks like that's what they'll probably be doing for the One X as well. This article doesn't mention 1080p but I asked on twitter and they responded saying it's 1080p on the Pro. Also no weather effects but there is a day/night cycle. I know it's not the most impressive looking game but the colorful style has grown on me a bit since I first saw it.

Me neither. I don't mind having white electronics though, it's a nice change of pace. Eventually i wish i had them in black though because i think it's just a better look overall. You can only imagine the struggle i go through, lol.
 
This guy claims ps4 pro is downsampling from 4k image to RE7 PSVR, a nice benefit for those who have the combo. It's interesting to say the least, draw distance, textures, forward rendering are all improved in addition on pro.

Massive difference. Just looking at the crispness of the character model reveals alot.

Watching the DF video it's kind of sad that the CB wasn't done better, seeing the blur on the grass while moving while the 900p one doesn't is a bit of a bummer.

They show more comparisons of base PS4 to Pro from 3:30 to 4:00 in that video, and it's still noticeable, but not as dramatic as the screens I posted earlier. A good discussion of the game's CB follows that.

I think the youtube compression hides a lot of the IQ boost.

Yeah, that's a good point.

Also, in my case, I'm viewing on a 900p monitor, so I'm losing discrimination there, too. I do see a difference, but it must be something other than resolution.

They're similar to Final Fantasy from what i gather. Okay, i really have no idea if i'm being honest, but i tried. I'm sure google could save us the time we both made making these posts. :txbsmile:
 
Only thing I do not like about the set for how big it is and it is 4K but I only get ONE 4K certified HDMI jack out of the 3 it has. I have the PS4 plugged into it but the Xbox One S gets the other one. So if I wanna use the HDR on the One I have to swap cables lol.

That sucks, you'd think they'd make it so all of the HDMI ports would get the full benefits, a lot of sets (including mine) have set HDMI inputs that allow for everything some that don't. I have 4 HDMI inputs but I believe only inputs 2 and 3 allow for everything, kind of crappy that TV manufacturers do this.
 
I have a low end LG 4K, and all 3 of the HDMI inputs do all the stuff. I don't understand why all TVs aren't that way. It's one of the reasons I didn't buy a similar priced Vizio instead.

Just need to decide whether i want a black or white PS4 Pro with the Destiny 2 bundle. Ugh, stop making me choose Sony. I want them all. Probably gonna go for black.
