Thought I'd be extra specific, just in case, but story goes like this:

Took a purchase risk today. Goodwill had a damaged copy of GTAV for $20. Install disc works fine, it's all installed and what not. Problem is that the play disc doesn't work. It has some tiny scratches which I presume are in just the right places, but they look so small and insignificant to other discs I've seen with scratches in the past. Already tried doing a simple swab, first with the cloth I use for my glasses, and then with my t-shirt. Still not working. Just curious to see if anybody here has decent experiences with any disc repair/cleaner products.

Go to a local movie rental store. Odds are good they already have a disk cleaner because customer treat disks like drink coasters.

Maybe for a few bucks they will clean it.

Toothpaste..the kind with baking soda in it not the gel type. I s*** you not this has worked for me in the past.
