I'm wondering I'm installing the game but it says I should pay for the deadly assasins outfit even though I preordered it back in the day and got it for free so I guess I'm screwed.
10 bucks? Where?I have it already, but I think I will buy the digital ciz it's only ten bucks!
Supposedly nearly locked at 30 and an improvement over running it on the 360.How's the framerate? I played my friends PS3 version tonight and the framerate was terrible.

Wow, I forgot how good this game looks. It almost looks like a remaster! I wasn't sure I still had the game on disk but I found it.
Mmm, hmm, and I was just saying it still looks great, and it surprises me when I go back to some 360 games and they still look amazing, if missing newer rendering techniques...it is a 360 game..
This game is like the best game ever created. Hurry up Rockstar and give us RDR2 or else we'll hogtie you.
I never knew Rockstar developed Red Dead Revolver. It would actually be the 3rd in the Red Dead series. This is the 2nd.
They didn't, but they bought the rights, and "continued" it I guess. I'm not sure how connected they are.I never knew Rockstar developed Red Dead Revolver.
Looks like the main characters are different people. They didn't, but they bought the rights, and "continued" it I guess. I'm not sure how connected they are.
Edit, scratch that! I guess they did make RD revolver. I never played it, but I looked up the cover, and character has the same scars, but Marston was an ex-outlaw in Redemption. I think in Revolver, the character was avenging this family.
I think the design in Redemption was just a call back and that Marston isn't actually the same person.
Rockstar San Diego developed. I think at the time, it was just a nice over the top parody that allowed for crazy characters and action. It got some decent press at the time with it's game mechanics at the time, but never really got BIG. Odds are someone had a good concept or script for a western, saw a decent property that could be used, and convinced higher ups to combine the two, helping to reduce the financial risk of producing a western game. Just a random theory though. They didn't, but they bought the rights, and "continued" it I guess. I'm not sure how connected they are.

I just got there too and I honestly do not remember that song when I played RDR the first time. Quite baffling.Aaand I just got to Mexico and experienced again one of my top five gaming moments of all time
