Lobo ya bastiches! That would be awesome, though, to have it done right I'd have to be over the top violent/vulgar. I don't know if WB/Rock would be up for it image wise
I think it'd be a good opportunity to really try something different for himself. Show off range as an actor as opposed to sort of being an extension of himself like he usually is. Basically a toned down version of the Rock we saw in his hey day as a pro wrestler.

I think it'd be awesome if he did a Lobo movie. Like you said, his Rock personality would be a great fit for the role.

The Rock just seems like the same guy in every movie, I can't see him doing Black Adam justice at all. They really should have found an actor with a big build but of Middle Eastern heritage. People in Hollywood keep wanting to talk about representation, the Rock is Black and Samoan and is in a new movie every other month, when was the last time a muscular Middle Eastern guy had a starring role?

I still wish they'd have given the part to an actor of Middle Eastern descent, how often do they get to play anything other than a terrorist or a doctor? The Rock doesn't need the movie, hell I can't go a day without seeing his face somewhere. I'm sure the movie wouldn't be made without him though but still I think that character has a lot of potential and I haven't seen the Rock ever give the kind of performance that would do the character justice. He's good for fun light hearted comedy action stuff but Black Adam isn't a funny character, the Rock just doesn't fit the part.
