Official Thread Street Fighter 5

This could pass of as a 360 game. Seems developed with last gen in mind, but decided to be release on next gen. The polys on the taxi is rediculiously low.

As far as exclusivity, I wait for more info. These days, alot of info cannot be taken at face value.

Doubt it. MS is the American company and the easy target. Sony is the "good" Japanese company that never does no wrongdoing and brings the joy of Adam Sandler to the World...

The outrage from Tomb Raider was from the excluded which where PC and PS4 owners. So all or most of the outrage should be coming from the Xbox owners this time. Since they are so much more adult acting and superior though I doubt we will see much.:yyarr:

What bothered me about the TR announcement wasn't necessarily the timed exclusive part, it was how it was handled. Game was announced, everyone assumed multiplatform, then it was "announced" again, but with an oddly worded exclusive message, then neither Microsoft or S-E could answer the question if it was excuslive or not, and I think they had conflicting messages at the time, too. It was just a mess.

True the way they handled the whole TR thing was horrible.

This is most likely timed exclusive as well and I expect the vagueness with this one.

I will wait to see how they handle the exclusivity announcement before I comment further.
Que? Most of the outrage wasn't about how the announcement was. It was exclusive. Then when rumors came about that it may not have been exclusive forever most people's anger had to be shifted to suit their agenda. blue's feelings as to why he was annoyed were the exception and not the norm.

Does anyone not think SF5 Ultra turbo championship edition won't be on Xbox One?

Yes, it was. It was announced as exclusive and then when further details were asked, vague answers were given where even now, we still don't really know if it's a timed exclusive or full exclusive for the title. So the outrage was justified. In this case, although it would suck for X1 only owners who love fighting games, this is what you get when MS starts buying third party as exclusives. Where was your outrage when TR happened? Don't expect sympathy if None was given for TR.

Seems like Sony is fighting fire with fire. Just remember, MS started it first.

Wait, TR is an exclusive? I thought they said it was timed?

And I don't have any major issues the PS4 dpad. Handled well enough for the GGXrd demo.

Where's my outrage for this? I haven't shown any because it's a business move.

Seems like you're creating justification for this being exclusive rather than showing the same anger you showed when TR was exclusive. Looking around the web the vitriol is non-existent. The hypocrisy is easily apparent with this one and I knew this situation was going to come along and I was anticipating the reaction I've seen this far. There's no death threats. There's no calls for boycotts. There's no claiming how Capcom sucks.

Wait, TR is an exclusive? I thought they said it was timed?

Ambiguous wording & explanations leave the community confused and split. I mean in simple terms he did say that all deals end...Obvious, right. In the end, yes, it is timed, but nobody has a clue how long.

I could never use it for a fighting game. I have a problem doing moves to the left if I'm facing left i.e. doing a dragon punch moving right to left with most controllers and it was the worst with a DS.

Why can't someone just copy the Genesis Six Button or Saturn controller?

Actually, I was more upset TR beng also developed for last gen.

If TR is indeed Exclusive (not timed), I may have to buy an X1. I may buy it for gears & halo anyway, but thats somethng to worry about in future. Goes both way, see.

I am confidence it won't be, but I know I wouldnt be playing it holidays 2015.

You are expecting outrage when a formal announcement hasn't been made yet. Also would like to see how they word the exclusivity before I say anything else. If they do the same thing as the TR. You will get your "outrage" to a lesser degree bc I don't really care about fighting games. The outrage was more because I really liked TR 2013 and wanted the same experience on the 4.

Dragon punch is actually easy to performance with the analog stick. I have street fighter for 360, & use the stick instead of the d.pad.

The hard part is to have to use the bumpers for inputs.
