The 2016/2017 NBA Season Thread

Amazing game by Kylie and lebron but still lost. Warriors are just too good. Can't wait for Lebron to b**** about that he needs more help and his teammates are bunch of scrubs.

If you look at his teams records when he misses a game, especially the last three years with the Cavs, you'll see that his teams are indeed trash. Kyrie and Love are horrific defenders and skilled but overrated on the offensive end. Everyone else on his roster is bosrderline D League talent at this point.

Heck, look at what happens to the score when LeBron sits for 2 minutes against the Warriors.

He's a bad/unlucky GM. But it's pretty safe to say he's the greatest player to ever play the game. The numbers tell a pretty convincing story.

Watching this series made me realize how much the Warriors needed KD to win another ring. I think the Cavs would have two straight Championships if they didn't have him.

Kevin Love is going to get all the blame from LeGM
This guy is awful. I know he was the main focal point in Minnesota so he got the glory and points, but he looks so awkward playing with James and Irving.

Nobody is expecting him to get 25 pts a game as the others guys are scorers too, but his support shooting and defending look way off.

They got to get rid of him and see if there's any other decent centres out there.

I have a feeling this going to be a lonely night for K Love.

It's going to be a lonelier night for the GM who actively recruited him to the Cavs.

They can't be too upset. They had the single greatest Finals performance in the history of the NBA last year, coming back 1-3 to a 73 win team. In 50 years people will remember that Finals. No one is going to remember any of the next 5 championships the KD led Warriors win.

Team is so trash they beat a 73 win team for the title last year and to be frank, if Durant wasn't on the Warriors I don't doubt the Cavs would likely beat them this year.

Oh wait, that was all LeBron. Except for that Kyrie guy who scored a billion points and hit the series winning shot.

Made my last post without even reading yours. Agreed. The Warriors truly needed Durant, which almost makes me hate Durant less.

They needed Durant. That was obvious when Barnes shot 5/32 or whatever in games 5-7 last year. They were a good team, now they're a great team. Guess it's hard to argue that a 73 win team isn't great but i think any good team could crack 70 wins if they tired themselves out like the Warriors did last year.

Yeah, silly statement by LeBron. Although in his defense, he never went to a team that had already won 73 games and a title without him to latch on and win titles with.

Lebron formed a super team, choked and lost. The Cavs aren't a super team. Wade gonna bypass his player extension and sign with the Cavs. Please, go, Wade. Please, go.

Lakers/Magic's doing work. Got rid of Russell who I'm not a fan of and mozgof contract for Lopez and #27th pick. Looks like Ball is our PG and we will have an extra 21 million of cap space to mess around with next offseason.

They'll have more than that. The'll find Deng a place as well, or buy him out.

Then you will get Paul George and LeBron. The hot take business is going crazy on this idea lol.

Your Bulls got fleeced. Twolves going to be nice with Butler, Wiggins, and KAT as a big 3.

Don't mind Celtics drafting Tatum but i really wanted Fultz. Lakers got the steal with Ball. Forget the headache his dad brings, pair him with Lebron and George next year and it's going to be a problem.

Rose signing with wolves too I bet. Bulls in full tank mode.

Anyone going to catch the premier of the Big3 league starting tonight. I may tune in for a little while. Do not see this thing lasting. Having some ex NBA stars is a nice touch though.

Probably not. 3 vs 3 half court is boring. If that's how they're playing it, it'll be a snoozer.

Wow Gordon signed with Celtics. Celtics gonna be the best team in the eastern conference aka weak ass conference next season but won't stop the Cavs though lol. Lebrons gonna free ride to the finals again.

Great pick up by the Celtics. Until LeBron leaves the East. He will be in the Finals every season in that Conference.
