I'm at a loss on how to deal with the trump supporters that will defend him no matter what. Attacking their character hasn't worked. Attacking their intelligence hasn't worked. Attacking trump won't work. trump being a s*** person hasn't worked. Embracing them won't work. What can work? I don't think anything can. I think the only thing we can do, and I touched on it earlier, is to hope they're just a very vocal minority.

Nothing can be done for the real hardcore ones. He could eat a baby and his most ardent supporters will just cheer. They are a minority though, an extremely vocal minority. Unfortunately many seem to be organizing and prepping themselves to go down in a gun fight.

Can we just give them Texas or Florida? put them all in one place, they can shoot each other once they find something they disagree on and we'll be done with them.

I like this idea. We need a reality TV show where we put ISIS and Vanilla ISIS on an island(preferable snake island) and let them shoot each other to their black hearts content.

The logic they are using to defend Trumps comments yesterday just baffle my mind. If you apply the same logic to WW2 ......it was our fault.

Instead he just defends his boss who does it. I get what you are saying, the guy is still scary though but just in different ways.

Yep, and believe it or not, these are the real dangerous people. The neo-nazi who gives the hitler salute is scary, but simple. Evil like this has always been around. Sure, Trump has made it bolder, but it is always there. In the Vice video, these people will at least admit some truths about them. Yep, they are racist.

The real racism problem is the housewife with 2 kids who votes Trump because she thinks she's protecting her family. This is the person who thinks they are right and when they get called "deplorable", it only strengthen their resolve.

The closet racist is the one who really swings elections and lands us where we are now. Just look at every poll being wrong. People said one thing and voted another way. I guarantee we all have at least one friend who secretly supports Trump.

That depends. Did Hitler have a permit?

Well the polls weren't off by as much as people make them out to be to be fair.

The difference between the people on the left and the people on the right is, people on the left have, for the most part, no problem calling out far left idiots who cause problems, are racist a******s, destroy things, and are general jerks. People on the right, for the most part, can't seem to say anything negative about the same on "their side." Not one talking republican bobble head has spoken out against the nazi march and condemned it. They're all, "Well, what about this, that, and the other thing." Just like their full of fear s*** stain leader, they refuse acknowledge responsibility for anything.

While there was absolutely some denial going on with a lot of us (me for sure, I never thought we'd be here), I still remember seeing Hillary's chances to win in the 80%+ range. Heck, it was until dinner time on the east coast before it even started to look close (of course people ignored states that turned out to be swing so maybe that was it too).

I think it went to 63/37 the day before the election on FiveThirtyEight.

"Nice people..." Donald Trump

Kasich usually side steps calling out trump personally, my only gripe about him, but he did yesterday.

"This is terrible. The President of the United States needs to condemn these kinds of hate groups," said Kasich, who ran against Trump in the Republican presidential primary. "The President has to totally condemn this. It's not about winning an argument."

You can tell when he does side step he really wants to say more but feels he can't. He was the only Republican who ran last time that I thought would have been okay as President. Sadly primary voters want someone who talks big instead of someone who knows how to do something.

His karate chop thing while speaking was kind of weird lol.

Can't believe I'm saying this but kudos to American big business.
However, not a single resignation from his administration today, that is disturbing.

The forum disbanding s*** stain touted he did, they got together and told him they were done. In true s*** stain fashion, he tried to take credit. Loser.
