Here's a great site for those in he US. If you aren't registered to vote, find out how here. You can also verify that you're registered as well.

https://www.headcount.org/

The only way we beat this is by getting out and voting. Find out if your state representatives are anti-Trump. If they won't come out against him, consider them pro-Trump and vote against them.

Ok the guy is a pile of s***, but what about the police officer that did nothing? Ah but the guy sitting down, not resisting, deserves to be tasered.

A couple quotes from comments on Reddit:

FYI, I couldn't find a news article on this for some reason, but because Avenatti was named in the lawsuit, he has a chance to depose Ms. Bechard, which he is doing this coming Monday July 16th at 10:00am PST.

Avenatti had no idea why Ms. Bechard included him in the suit, and now I'm wondering if it was specifically so he could depose her and get information out in a way that she is not legally culpable. Someone with legal experience let me know, but I don't think she can be sued for anything she is compelled to provide under oath in a deposition.

My theory/understanding of why Avenatti was sued, reposted from last week:

OK so Broidy stopped paying Bechard because he alleged she was in violation of their NDA. Bechard's lawyer is countersuing Broidy and including Avenatti, who publicly stated that Broidy wasn't the person who impregnated Bechard, as part of that suit.

To me that suggests a validation of Avenatti's statement. Broidy thinks because he's been outed as not really the person behind the Bechard pregnancy/abortion, he doesn't need to keep paying her. Bechard and her lawyer think that they haven't violated the terms of the NDA so Broidy needs to keep paying, and make Avenatti part of the case because he is the one who revealed these things.

Basically Avenatti ended the money train for Bechard and her lawyer is pissed about it.

Why kavanaugh was picked for supreme court nomination.....

"Having observed the weighty issues that can consume a president, Kavanaugh wrote, the nation’s chief executive should be exempt from “time-consuming and distracting” lawsuits and investigations, which “would ill serve the public interest, especially in times of financial or national security crisis.”
Source

Some more quotes about Kavanaugh:

"Kavanaugh has a track record of siding with religious organizations over governments and other groups that challenge them, a particularly attractive trait to conservatives. In Priests for Life v. HHS, Kavanaugh declared the Obamacare contraceptive mandate violated constitutional rights to religious liberty"
_

"Kavanaugh has also sided with conservatives on the issue of net neutrality, dissenting when the court upheld Obama-era net neutrality regulations, regulations requiring Internet service providers to treat websites equally."
_

"Kavanaugh has also generally sided against the Environmental Protection Agency in cases over its authority to regulate — a boon for an administration that has worked to loosen or eliminate environmental regulations viewed as too burdensome."

This, this is from the mind of a "very stable genius"?

“I have broken more Elton John records, he seems to have a lot of records. And I, by the way, I don’t have a musical instrument. I don’t have a guitar or an organ. No organ. Elton has an organ. And lots of other people helping. No, we’ve broken a lot of records. We’ve broken virtually every record. Because you know, look I only need this space. They need much more room. For basketball, for hockey and all of the sports, they need a lot of room. We don’t need it. We have people in that space. So we break all of these records. Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully, the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.”
“Now they're saying it with Putin. Well Putin is highly prepared. And Trump, will he be prepared for the meeting? Trust me, we'll be just fine. Fake news. Bad people. Will he be prepared? Will he be prepared? And I might even end up having a good relationship. But they're going, Will President Trump be prepared? You know, President Putin is KGB. And this and that. You know what? Putin's fine. He's fine. We're all fine. We're people. Will I be prepared? Totally prepared. I've been preparing for this stuff my whole life. They don't say that.”

Think about this one for a minute.

They might be US Citizens? Bro, do you even Constitution?

This is a horrific read. I still cannot believe people think this way. You have to be so removed form reality to even entertain thinking like the people of this sub-reddit do. The call him the god emperor of the United States (geotus) https://www.reddit.com/r/The_Donald

This is their reality. First, he's ranked 18th. Second, he has just a smidge more than half of the followers that Obama has, 103 million to 53 million.

Could you imagine the embarrassment having the President of the US refer to you and your ho as lovers on the largest Twitter account in the world?

So, in order to respect the 1st amendment rights of ISP's... they get to censor what I can see? A constitutional expert needs to explain that one to me because I don't understand it one bit.

What a sleaze bag. The guy even looks like one of those bible thumper by day, freak in private type.

I wanted to see what would happen if I made a comment in the The_donald subreddit on one of the posts. I got banned. LOL! This is how mentally unfit his followers are.

Here's my comment.

Largest Twitter account? He's 18th in followers. He also has half the followers as Obama.

No one else’s tweets are front page news everyday.
Largest can also refer to significance, scope or scale of impact. By those metrics there is no doubt.
The real amount is probably softpedalled a la r/the_donald
Well, I thought I had read that he had the largest following. My bad.
But, although I didn't say it, I inferred that because of his many followers + media retweets his message gets spread far.
Then.....

Reddit is the absolute worst of the internet. I can barely tolerate their video game talk there. I would never even dare look at something political.

The problem is that every reddit sub turns into a hive mind. Whatever opinion has 51% of the people behind it, it becomes the only opinion. You're supposed to downvote things that don't contribute to the conversation, but in reality everyone downvotes anything they disagree with.

It is an echo chamber that really shows why our politics is so messed up right now. People want their little confirmation bias bubble to confirm that the way they think is 100% right 100% of the time and we'll downvote and ban anything that breaks that bubble.

https://www.reddit.com/r/politics/ is a great subreddit. Lots of intelligent people in there with a ton of supportive information for arguments.

faux news editor Chris Stirewalt

“And the Republicans who say, ‘Well, we have a broad foreign policy apparatus and we forced him to impose these sanctions, and we forced him to do these things.’ He’s going to fly into Brussels like a seagull. He is going to defecate all over everything, squawk and fly away is what he’s going to do in Brussels. And the Europeans are going to continue to say to each other, ‘We don’t have a reliable partner in the U.S. government right now.’”

Nothing to see here folks. Nothing at all. Nothing suspicious that trump won't ban asbestos products. Nothing suspicious that this russian asbestos company, russia is the biggest producer of asbestos in the world, would be so happy that trump won't ban one of russia's second biggest export behind oil that the put his face on their product.

I'll have to give the place a 2nd chance maybe. The whole idea rubs me the wrong way though. Someone disagrees with something I say, so instead of replying and offering a counter point, they just downvote. I know most subs have their own mods so maybe some are run better than the others.

It just seems to be the opposite of open discussion.
