It really puts into perspective how s***ty it is that this turdgherkin can't even fill otherwise desirable roles in political office, but they're more than happy to have him keep putting in s***ty judges.
The problem is that the Fifth Amendment says you can't be punished twice for the same crime and daddy already gave her a spanking for this.

I still think Trump isn't lying. The explanation is simple: they were coordinating with Russia to make sure their efforts didn't clash with each other, and he's simply pointing out their operational policy of "No Collision" which his stupid autocorrect thinks is "Collusion" and his "Councel" has advised him not to correct it because of the Covfefe doctrine.
Also, Flynn's sentencing is today (11am ET). Should be fun to see if his (or his lawyers') brilliant ploy of responding to the Special Counsel's recommendation of no prison time by asking for no prison time and mentioning that, by the way, he got tricked into lying, but that he deserves no prison time for recognizing his fault in this ends up to bite him in the ass. Or as emptywheel put it:
