The End of the World: A Political Thread. A New Hope coming soon!

In all seriousness, if Trump or anyone like him wins another term I will seriously consider it.

I'm being totally honest... if this Trump mentality continues, I really think one side of this thing needs to go somewhere else.

That said, I have faith in people to not make this same mistake again. Trump's support is fading, and it took an amazingly unique situation to allow him to win in the first place (if you add up all the GOP support for the "normal" candidates, they easily bet him - the problem was that they all split the vote).

Don't ever under estimate the stupidity of people. While I hope you're right I could see him getting another term if the Democrats don't field a candidate people can relate to.

Assuming Hillary crawls under a rock and never comes out, that shouldn't be a problem. Picking Hillary was obviously a massive mistake. Heck I voted for Obama both times, but couldn't vote for her. Of course I'm in a state she wins by a landslide anyway, so going 3rd party is easier than if the state was close.

Even with all her problems, she still won the popular vote and damn near beat Trump.

My worry is Trump doesn't run again and someone like Pence takes over. Then Pence can run being the un-Trump republican.

It must be terrible for the North Koreans to live under a mad tyrant like that who could just go off at any time... I can't possibly imagine what that's like... :meh:

Pathetic.

Imagine where trump voters would land if they had to take the test?

OMG that would be hilarious. I'm sure they'll never see it though as their media outlets would never share it.

I didn't just miss by a little either, I was 6 points short lol. It isn't like one question would put me over the top. Apparently I need a few more nobel peace prices and gold medals. Silver medalists need not apply.

See if you meet Donald Trump's proposed immigration points system! Take the quiz and see if you make the grade!

I've worked in IT for 19 years, have an MBA, speak fluent English.

I don't qualify.

I need to thank my parents for letting me be born here! They wouldn't let me in otherwise.

If you were 24, had a giant rack and great ass, and were willing to be the next Mrs. Trump, you'd get right in.

Oh, lookie, apparently the FBI raided Manafort's house, no doubt because of the longstanding No Witch Left Behind Act of 1643.

40 members of the Nixon administration were indicted for participating in the Watergate crime and cover up, and 138 members of the Reagan administration were indicted for various acts of corruption and lying. Neither the Watergate break in nor the assorted felonies by Reagan Republicans compare in gravity to conspiring with a foreign entity to attack the principles and central institutions of our government as Trump and his associates have done.

Hilarious. You can't get more pathetic than the republican party.

Republican Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin said Tuesday that he thinks that Sen. John McCain's brain tumor and the early morning hours may have affected the Arizona Republican's no vote on the Senate bill to repeal Obamacare.

"Again, I-I-I don't know exactly what -- we really thought -- and again I don't want speak for any senator," Johnson responded. "I really thought John was going to vote yes to send that to conference at 10:30 at night. By about 1, 1:30, he voted no. So you have talk to John in terms what was on his mind."

In a statement, McCain spokeswoman Julie Tarallo said, "It is bizarre and deeply unfortunate that Senator Johnson would question the judgment of a colleague and friend. Senator McCain has been very open and clear about the reasons for his vote.

Maybe he's not seeing the picture here.

If John McCain wasn't the Senator and just some average person with Trump care he wouldn't get that treatment.

NK says its going to fire warning shots at Guam. Oh god this is like watching two idiots rampantly fronting back and forth "Watcha going to do bout it". "No what ya gonna do about it".

He's literally saying he thinks the brain tumor was/is affecting his decision making.
I get that and understood. Im just pointing out that if John was under thst trump care and he was just a normal person he might not got the treatment.

That might be the reason why he went against it.
