Much deserved lead for City.

UTD have been negative in their play

I wouldn't say negative. They just haven't worked hard enough off the ball and need to close down as a team and really press City.

It would also help if players like Rooney and Fellani stopped giving the ball away so easily.

To be fair to City though, they were fantastic for 36 minutes. But once Bravo made that mistake it seemed to suck everything out of them. So the second half could be interesting indeed. I am hoping Rashford comes on.

See. Second half they did exactly what I said above and looked far better for it. It wasn't enough to get anything out the match, but that second half performance shows that United, if consistent enough, can be title challengers come the end of the season.

Rashford is just pure quality.

It was a good match despite the loss and MC deserved the 3 points. As you mentioned, MU looked like a different team 2nd half with Rashford and Herrera in. Mourinho has the roster to bring many different looks to this team on the pitch, they just need time to gel. It will be wonderful to be able to have something available for many styles opponents as well as mix things up when needed.

With the players we have, we should be playing counter attacking football in all the big matches.

what an half, without rooney and fellaini the movement is much better

2nd goal was magnificent

Well Southgate is taking charge for the next 4 games while they pick

Yeah I saw that. I guess if he does well in those games they might offer him the job. It isn't like there is an abundance of decent mangers out of work right now, especially English managers.

He turned the full time job down after Roy left.

Who ever gets it needs balls and drop a certain player who slows the team down..

those games are the worst way to drop points.

Yep. Have no clue how United didn't get the W against Stoke. It should have been game over in the first half.

But watching Spurs turnover Man City brightened up my mood.
