Cool doc on the bodybuilders in Iceland. It's pretty crazy how gigantic these guys get. The Thor guy is gonna be in the fourth season of GoT. Makes me wonder if we'll ever see another Arnold again.

These guys don't seem like bodybuilders, they seem more like Strongmen; if you've ever watched that. Either way, they're huge.

I thought they were one in the same. Always thought Strongman was just an offshoot of bodybuilding or the other way around. Something in that ballpark. Now that I think about it, bodybuilding does seem more about modeling. Strongman seems like it's about being freaky strong.

Yeah, both are probably grouped together under a broad category, but they're different events. Bodybuilding is basically going up on stage and showing off, while Strongmen competitions are doing a bunch of different events involving lifting heavy things. Strongmen comps are actually on ESPN every once in a while. They're interesting to watch.
