Sorry but it's not up to you to decide if it's right or wrong it's only up to you to decide if you can accept other people as they are vs expecting them to pretend to be something just to make you happy which is incredibly arrogant. Like it or not gay people were around long before you were and will be long after you are gone, it's something that occurs in just about every species of mammal, it IS natural it's just different than what you do. If you can't accept that part of life that's your issue to deal with but nobody else should have to change their creative process to satisfy that.

Well obviously your backwards way of thinking that gay people shouldn't be allowed to exist and live their lives is wrong but its also beside the point. When a movie comes out and you don't like the subject matter I assume you just don't go see it. You don't expect them to edit out certain scenes for you.

What are you going to do when that scene comes on? Pull the blanket over your head? Cover your eyes? "Eeek, lesbians!" You understand there will probably be more kissy face scenes, later in the game? Maybe even worse? Maybe even boobies? Uh oh. Better keep that blanket handy.

Lesbians have been kissing on normal, ordinary TV for decades. Twenty years ago, girls kissing would have been a little scandalous. But now, 20 years later, it's ho-hum. I'm surprised anyone is actually offended by it. But then again, it's the age of being offended, so it figures.

It's up to the individual to decide what's wrong or right for THEM not for anyone else when it comes to a subject like this. Gay people are born this way so you being against it if that is your position makes no sense, that's like being against people for being born with brown hair. I knew I was gay before I knew what gay was, being gay is part of who I am but not all of who I am. I've never been attracted to women even when I was young and tried to force myself to do so just so I could fit in, while I would never accuse you of trying to hurt other people purposely that's exactly what your thought process does.

As much as JinCA gets on my nerves, this whole conversation makes me sick. There is not a damn thing wrong with being gay. I will never be in his shoes, but who are we to judge? Being gay or straight, shouldn't matter at all.

That said, two hot chicks making out? HAWT.

I agree and disagree, you only get a chance to help change minds if you talk to someone about the problem. Most people I've known as an adult who still feel the way he does either never really knew any out gay people so their experiences are very limited and based on stereotypes or second hand information or worse lies they are told by the church. One person I know was unfortunately abused as a kid and blamed it on the person who did it being gay even though most acts of pedophilia are committed by men towards little girls, hell the person who did it to him was married with kids of his own.

I still like Val I just wish he didn't feel the way he does on this issue.

Well I was talking about more all along the lines of him wanting to close the conversation. If he didn't want the conversation he shouldn't have said anything. Now obviously he did want to have it and spread his homophobia but he can't play innocent.

Its Val so who knows if you can even take him seriously but I don't like anyone with that view point.
